When I first started renting a unit from them the place was completely surrounded by a very tall chain link fence, it had a visible camera, keypad entry that you had to go over a bridge so that you could access your unit. I have rented there for over 6 years, Until January 1, 2024. They are in a flood zone, they do not have cameras anymore, they have removed the fence, they always say they are repairing the key pad. The fence will be put back, they are only in office by appointment now, but won't show up to meet you, ensure you (as I have always done) keep your receipts because they will not send out receipts or return calls they will not show up for appointments. When questioned about fencing they always have a different story. Units have been broken into.
Make sure you spray and treat for mice and spiders because it's in what is now an open field. This is anywhere you rent, Treat and spray. My biggest complaint was security. I let them know of a unit that was broke into. She said they were working on key pad. There is not a key pad now. They did't care so I moved my stuff.

DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PLACE!!!! I rented from them last year and when I went to get my stuff in November it was infested with rats, the infestation was so bad that there were about 80 babies that were nesting in my Christmas tree. Also there was so much urine and feces in the unit I had to rent a HAZMAT suit to sift through my stuff to find anything that was worth deep cleaning. I lost things that couldn’t be replaced and when I notified the business I didn’t hear anything from them. Make sure you do not…. Under any circumstances rent a unit from this place.
