Love everything about the place!! The employees, customer service, rewards program, location, drive thru service. Always my 1st choice, whether to browse, sample, gift or purchase for myself, they got it.

I like this store. The staff members are helpful but they stay out of the way, and they are courteous. The store is extremely clean. This store has a great selection. When we went, it was on a Friday and there was a steady inflow of customers, we didn't have to wait long to be checked out.

Very nice liquor establishment with a very range of liquors, they also had my favorite Scotch Nectar d'Or! And the full Glenmorangie line ! excellent chiller section and wide array of wines , mixers and the like. There was room at the end it looks like a wine room and that deserves further exploration at another time. The service was very accommodating and friendly.. the guy who waited on me gave me such a subtle compliment I really appreciated it, actually it was exactly what I needed! So thanks for that!😉It did upsell me on a small peanut butter whiskey 100mls since I'd only stopped for pony Bud Lights and a jar of Clamato juice! It was very nice, smooth to the palate and great for my extensive cabinet..

Friendly staff, and great selection of products.

I had never been here before, but I stopped to buy a gift. We were pleasantly surprised to find competitive prices and we were greated by a smiling face as soon as we walked in the door and honestly that is so refreshing and hard to find now a days! We were even offered a FREE sample of wine! It was a relaxing atmosphere and plenty of very friendly people willing to help, talk to and laugh with. This kept us in the store for much linger than we expected, but it was just really nice. This might just be our new go to store.

Just visiting the area and stopped in at this little gem of a store! Mazel Tov on your anniversary! Well stocked store, friendly staff, and free samples! I have a strong feeling that if you don't see your favorite here, they will accommodate. Customer service seems important! Shalom!

I walked in with a issue, my son decided to use my bar spoon as a shovel. I went to every Wal Mart and every liquor store in town looking for one. I will say they went out of their way to find me one. I called today with another issue. I needed a Glencairn glass again no one in town had, but low and behold they came through for me and I got a cool cigar holder in the process. I will always stop by this place first. You can’t put a price on great customer service. Stop by you will not regret the way they go outta their way to meet your needs. I am sincerely sorry I could only give you 5 stars I believe you deserve more.

Went in today. My husband loved that they have cigars, and I actually found my mang-o-ritas I like, while also talking about other good flavors with the staff. Store is super clean with a very good selection and very organized. We will be back

4 Corks is by far the classiest store in the Fort Smith area. They have a large wine selection and a gorgeous wine cellar. Even if you are not a wine drinker; the cellar deserves a look. The staff is very knowledgeable and is ALWAYS willing to help you find the perfect drink. Because of Sarah and Samantha, I have branched out and tried various wines that otherwise would have been out of my comfort zone. I have never felt rushed or pushed to the side when asking for recommendations. Customer service is a huge factor for me and 4 Corks far exceeds expectations!

4 Corks is a Fort Smith gem. Their selections of wine, beer and spirits is unbelievable. If they don't have it, they will get it. The staff is the real star of the show and they are always quick with a suggestion even if it's just for a special night at home.

They are doing their part to reduce the number of COVID-19 cases, so don't forget your mask it's required in the store.
