Great communication. Always on time and does a wonderful job of cleaning. Very friendly people to work with.

We have our office cleaned every week. They come in on the weekends to clean and when we come in on Monday's everything is so clean from the floor to the ceiling. The staff has great communication as well. I never have to call and ask them to correct anything.

Although we have been working with Vanguard for a relatively short time, they have been great. Heidi, Rafael and the whole team worked hard to assess our needs, tailor their services to our requirements, and coordinate with our team. Since they began providing janitorial services for us, they have done excellent work maintaining our high standards for cleanliness and organization. They work at 4 locations so consistent communication is important. They have delivered on all of the commitments they made when evaluating their services. My experience so far is that they treat out locations with great care and professionalism.

They are amazing. I get a text every couple weeks just checking in and making sure we aren't having any issues. If I have any questions, I just text them directly.

Vanguard's crews communicate with you regularly. They have a log in which the company can correspond with you on supply replacement needs and extra care in areas of concern. They are always polite, discrete, and dependable.

They are great to work with. They respond pretty quick to you, wether it be via email or via notes that we leave at the office for them. They have done a great job to keep up with our needs at the office. I would recommend them.
