We called on a Monday morning with a leak we didn’t know how to fix in our kitchen faucet. They answered on the first ring and had someone out within an hour. He fixed the problem quickly and even showed us what to do if it occurred again. Charges were even fair and less than expected. We will definitely use them again.

The plumber was quick, helpful, and knowledgable, and the frost-free valve he installed to replace our ancient, leaking one works and looks great. I plan to use them again. The only strange part is that on 8/16 the receptionist put me on hold without a greeting or explanation, and I was on hold long enough that I decided to hang up and call back the next day. When I did get through she was polite and cheerful.

We are very happy with this company and the plumber who visited our house. We will definitely use them again!

I like using local guys when I need stuff done around my house that I can't do. McGee's always respond quickly and always arrives when they say they will.

Prompt and efficient

They penetrated our new metal roof right next to a standing seam, installing the pipe boot has been a headache and it's been leaking as a result. They easily could have avoided this mistake by measuring first. The attic space was completely open and they could have penetrated anywhere. Their prices are high and attention to detail is poor, they cut corners everywhere, and don't take accountability for their mistakes.

For 1 hour and 15 minutes to fix a drain I was charged $392.00. Never got an estimate before service started and other local companies only charge $220. Go somewhere else unless you have money to flush.
