Michelle is the best! When I arrive for an appointment she is always ready. And I absolutely love every cut she's made for me has been perfect. Sheis very very friendly. I know when I go to her I always know my is always exactly what I wanted.

I called desperately looking for a haircut after my stylist canceled on me after driving over an hour to see her, and they told me to come on in. After my appointment I found out my stylist Chet stayed late to cut my hair. Not only did I get an amazing hair cut, he was very friendly even though I was taking time out of his day. Thank you to everyone here for fitting me in last minute and giving me the chance to start feeling like myself again!

Michelle is absolutely amazing! She is very knowledgeable about hair care and very skilled at what she does. She wants you to be happy and does everything to make sure that you have a wonderful experience :-) I color my hair and it has never been healthier! I always get compliments on how natural it looks.

Michelle is the absolute best! I have never left dissatisfied with her work. She is very passionate about her work and has always made sure that when she was done I was happy with the results. she has literally done everything to my hair from Highlights, Low-lights, perms and even CINDERELLA EXTENSIONS. Which she advised when doing the Cinderella Extensions that the best results are when she orders the bundle so that is exactly what I did and I am glad that I took her advise on this because they were the best quality and nobody could even tell that it wasn't my real hair. I refer all of my family and friends to her.

Michelle is the absolute best!! She's been doing my Cinderella extension for over seven years and they are always perfect. She is extremely knowledgeable with all things hair and skin. Both of my toddlers also love getting their hair done by her! Not only is she amazing, but all the girls that work there are extremely nice and professional. Salon Strawn is hands down the best salon around!

Michelle has done my hair for years!! My hair is course and thick and not easy to control and she has always been able to give me a style that works for my hair type. I get compliments all the time on my color which she does as well. She knows her stuff and takes great pride in her work!! She is not only my stylist but my friend and I feel lucky to have found her!!

I’ve went here for a couple years now and absolutely love this salon! The people are so sweet and great products too! Michelle is the absolute best hair dresser I have ever had (& I have been through quite a few) she always gives me exactly what I want & more. Also, we always have a great conversation while getting my hair done. Never once have I had an awkward or rude encounter with anyone there. Michelle is amazing at what she does & im always so happy with my hair. I have never left the salon with any second thoughts or regrets. I HIGHLY recommend this salon!!!

Michelle has done my hair for several years now! She always does an amazing job on my color and cut and I wouldn’t trust anyone else to do it for me. She is an amazing person with unparalleled talent! She’s always been very personable and professional. I love how she always remembers things that we discuss while I’m in her chair and our conversations pick up right where they left off from the prior visit, whether it’s been 8, 10, or 12 weeks prior. She’s like the best friend that you don’t get to see very often. I wish I could get that kind of customer service everywhere I go!!

She has also done Cinderella hair extensions for me in the past and I absolutely loved them! She ordered the 20” extensions in a few different shades to give my hair depth and dimension. We decided on the 20” extensions at my consultation because I wasn’t sure how long I wanted them to be. I just knew I wanted really long, thick, beautiful hair. She recommended the 20” extensions and said she’d hate to put in extensions that were to short for my liking but we could cut the longer ones to the perfect length and I completely agreed. Once she finished putting them in I fell in love with them!!❤

Before finding Michelle I had been to many, many places for my hair and I always had anxiety because hair and brow people can ruin your life faster than anything else on this planet if they mess up. Since finding Michelle I’ve not once had an issue or worried about my hair because I know I’m in good hands!

She’s able to give her PROFESSIONAL opinion and explain what would be best and what would be a disaster! Recommends the best products for your hair - whether it be shampoo/conditioner, styling products, even down to the extensions she installs. SHE DOES HER RESEARCH!
I’ve never felt that she didn’t know how, or didn’t want to do anything I’ve booked an appointment for. She’s never over looked what I wanted as a client and I’ve always been more than pleased with my results. She is so flexible with her schedule, and is willing to work the hours it takes to make sure every client or “walk in” is completely satisfied.

I love coming here. Michelle is great to talk to. She is honest and has my hair’s best interest. I’ve been her client since she was fresh out of beauty school. That was over 10 years ago. I went somewhere else once out of the ten years and Michelle had to fix that mistake. I will never go anywhere else. I recommend her to anybody and everyone. Michelle is really sweet and pleasant. She listened to what I wanted and gave me a really nice haircut. She does women, men and kids haircuts as well as eyelash extensions, waxing and other services. You can buy quality styling products here as well. Very reasonable prices and good quality. Don't go to the mall, go here.

Cindy has done my hair for 16 years. I have never left unhappy! She knows me and knows what I like and when I’m ready for a change or something different. Within my comfort zone! That’s hard to find! She does my kids hair as well and we all love her! She is my hair GODDESS! That’s how I have her in my phone. This salon is clean, and upbeat. Very trendy and all seem to know what they are doing and up on current styles and trends!

Cindy has been my go to for 15+ years. I trust her so much that most of the time I tell her to surprise me with my color. She knows exactly what I like but also what will look good. She’s also told me no to a few colors I thought I wanted 😂😂 she is hands down the best!!
