Absolutely grrrreat customer service, my first time visiting store looking for a few items&ended up window shopping and breaking bread, I think I'll be doing business more often here, they have some awesome 👍🏾💯 products that are truly helpful... The young man working there was very attentive, friendly and professional ❣❣❣ I'll be back

There’s always a friendly environment it’s like visiting family members at work their all so nice and friendly
helpful with any kinda questions pertaining to vapes, tobacco, and smoking accessories.
If there is one thing they could do to better themselves
it would be to add snacks of some kind . That would be my only suggestion.

For the Cloud9 on Zero St., Top tier customer service and great knowledge of the products in stock, The owner i believe was there and he's a real jack of his trade and the utmost respect for the great quality of the things in his inventory, definitely gonna be a regular customer and supporter to this establishment and I can't wait for the full opening one week from now!

They have great customer service, even when they are busy. They have a nice selection. I know everyone is having a difficult time with deliveries right now, but they have managed to stay stocked up. It took a few visits to find just the right piece, because I am extremely picky, but I did find something, and the price was very fair. I am very satisfied with my purchase, and again, the customer service has been great, every time I have been there.

Just went in and checked out the store, was pretty surprised. Only been open for a couple weeks, and they have some pretty nice items inside. A varying range of products, and options. Also, really good pricing. They have more stuff coming in soon, so I'm excited to check it all out. One awesome thing, the dude running the shop literally came in to just place his orders needed, on the day the shop is usually closed, but he went ahead and opened up for customers since they were showing up!
