I had the best possible experience with one of the managers named Jenny in Dillards fort smith. She was extremely professional knowledgeable and beyond friendly! She deserves a raise, promotion and paid vacation. She solved the problem I had and with such grace it was so refreshing to see an employee like her. If I was hiring at my company she is who you want on your team amazing work! And Kelly at customer service was also great and helped as well can’t say it enough how pleasant my experience was with this dillards because of them .

Beverly almost insists on purchasing clothing that we want to last from Dillard's Department Store. It costs more she says, but the clothing wears better and lasts. I differ to her logic on this one.

Had great service from Emerald helped us pick out several outfits for a wedding in the petite department. Was a pleasure doing business with her, she was absolute asset. Very helpful.

I got a dress from Dillard’s a few weeks back and didn’t realize it was the wrong size. I came in today hoping they still had the size I needed and sadly they did not but THANK GOODNESS Emerald the most amazing sales associate found another one at a different store and had it shipped for me! She mad a very nerve wracking time much much better.

Mahleek Fletcher-Baugh, Tailored Specialist in the men's area, was very helpful as we selected a piece of carry-on luggage. He shared his own experience with carry-ons and travel which was helpful because of our lack of flying experience. He made sure we had the right measurements and features needed. To top it off, the piece that fit our needs was on sale. We'll shop at Dillards again because of the professionalism of Mahleek!

Most wonderful staff in make-up, fragrances & boys department! There are none friendlier, more helpful or happy.

Ft Smith mall has the Rustic Cabin. It has country D'cor , furniture, knick knacks, Montana West. I am now a weekly customer!

Clerks were very welcoming and wanted me to know they were there for assistance if needed, but then left me alone to enjoy my shopping experience.

I have bought a few formal garments from Dillard's. I have a sport coat that I love to wear and it was recommended by one of the staff.

We also went there to get my son a new suit for church, and we found exactly what we were looking for.

Joshua the ex-military man in men's underwear department help me pick out some new briefs as well as some Polo socks that were on sale he was very nice very helpful not pushy at all. Enjoyed the conversation very much I was in town for a funeral so it was refreshing to talk to another guy about everything. Highly recommend him.

Great service in the men's department getting a tailored suit. I couldn't have asked for a more helpful, knowledgeable sales associate. The quality to choose from was excellent as well. Tailoring to fit took one day and was perfection!

Excellent customer service. Kaley in purses , and whoever the very helpful guy in men's shoes was, plus the lady in the Ralph Lauren area were all extremely friendly and helpful. I must've tried on 10 prs of shoes.

This is a lovely store but I only popped in to buy a fat gift card for my grandson. Quickest way to empty your wallet for sure!

The sales ladies who worked in the perfume and cologne departments were so nice and helpful. They both sat and let me smell almost everything before choosing and they were so sweet. I wish I knew there names I'd tell there boss how awesome they were

I don't remember the lady's name who helped my daughter find a dress in the plus size section but she made my daughter very happy with the help and she found a long beautiful black dress

I always buy Lancome here. They always have the specific products I'm looking for right on-site for those of us who still want to see what we buy before purchasing. Staff is always knowledgeable and friendly and keeps me up with the free-product offers!!!

I got to do a little shopping and did an exchange today. The staff was super helpful and went to a different department, different floor to get the replacement size while I did additional shopping. Loved the sales right now and the fall clothes are wonderful. Thank you for a great shopping experience.

My experience is always nice and everyone is thoughtful and listens to your needs. I like to walk through each store display since it helps me to narrow my choices. When I get too indecisive a kind sale person is there to help.
I never feel pressure to move on or rush. People are very patient.
