So nice staff they can’t keep strawberry pound cake spray in tho which sucks I have all the set but the body mist love bath and body works they let me stack coupons.

Love this place! Easy to get in and out. And now they are taking part in the "My Bath and Body Works" rewards! So you can use your points in the store. Lots of new scents and beautiful gifts for Christmas friends.

The sales personal on the floor treated all customers so great and with such attentiveness. The girls truly seemed interested in what my daughter and I were looking for. We seriously only went in there for sanitizer and maybe a body spray, we walked out with $250 worth of items from all selections. Highly recommend!

Went in to do an exchange for a few leaking wallflowers & 1 scent I didnt end up liking after plugging it in at home. Was immediately greeted by Cameron, I believe was his name. Who was very upbeat & helpful. Even took my bag of wallflowers up front so I didn't have to walk around w/them while looking for new scents. Also cheerfully wished us a blessed day when we were walking out after checking out. At check out the woman helping me had a "matter of fact" attitude when I explained why I was exchanging four of the scents in my bag & buying the remaining 6 items. Stated I should have been able to tell before purchasing that they weren't sealed & leaking. Which I 1000% would NOT have bought them nor would have they been sold to me had it be noticeable they were unsealed & leaking. & added the 100% guarantee by the company is the reason for the 4th scent being returned as it was only plugged in for a day & still mostly full. But she seemed to change her tune by the end of our transaction & was more pleasant. Perhaps she didn't mean to come off so rude, I'm not sure.

My favorite store in the mall 😁. The scent coming from the store just kinda grabs me and pulls me in 🤣. Always the friendliest people working here.

Clean well maintained store. Cashiers are usually friendly and available. However they let you shop and don't try to haggle you. Items can be expensive, they do have sales you can partake in that helps.

huge sale with 75% off I stocked up on alot. It was a great day too go too bath and body as three table fulls was like 3 dollars and some change for sprayes and body washes and lotion,s full size . very pleased.

My other favorite place in the mall. My husband and I go in here together for candles, plug ins, soap, and body sprays.. We love it!! This is one store he doesn't mind going into with me because he loves it too..

Good grief! What we do to get those special winter scents! I went the day the candles were $8.95! You could hardly move! But everyone got waited on and the Christmas cheer was in the air! My favorite place for lotions and bath gels! All the girls got a gift set chosen just for them!

I just seen where yall are moving by target and I couldn't be more happy. I love your store but don't go to the mall.
