Starbucks @ Ballpark Village

Fame and Joshua were the best baristas EVER. Friendly and attentive. My venkti mocha frap was amazing.

So if you live in the downtown area, there are literally four(4) locations for some reason but this location is by far the BEST of them all to me. Great appearance, spacious, clean, great customer service, friendly staff and the BEST drink maker is Malik! Hands down! He is the bomb and I love him making my drinks because he puts the craft and love in it! He is definitely a great representation of this brand!

Awesome experience!! The store was so clean and we got greeted upon entering the store. Trey was very friendly and professional. Jazz has such a magnetic personality . Made us feel so welcome. Just a great Starbucks! Better than any I've been in.... and that's alot I travel all the time for work and have to say.... #1 in my opinion.

One of the easiest places to grab coffee if you’re close to the Arch. It’s a little busy when there’s a game going on, but during the week it’s a great place to get a quick bite and something to drink.

I had a very welcoming experience!!! The customer service was top tier the best I've seen ever!!! The Manager (Tyler) was very professional when taking my order and I felt very comfortable because of everyone's kindness... along with the 2 other employees helping me as well.(Jasmine & Melony ). Great service please keep up the great work!!!

We frequent this Starbucks on a daily basis because we work downtown. Jasmine is our go to employee. She is always friendly and welcoming! She has a consistent positive attitude and is very good about promoting new drinks to us. We adore her!

So I frequent this Starbucks @ Ballpark Vill because it's near my job and I love their coffee ( I'm a long time company custmr ). Anyway, besides the coffee brand itself the staff here ( Josh, Courtney, Hayley, Austin & Kayla ) are all total professionals, all knowledgeable about the all the company drinks, place a high value on custmr exprnc and really care how their custmrs days are going...Strongly rcmmnd a visit and coffee from this location.

Always reliable for a good coffee and selection of breakfast and other foods. This was one of the very few places in downtown St Louis where I could get coffee and a snack that counted as a meal. Thank you Starbucks!

Exploring the newly added areas of Ballpark Village, ran upon this new location of Starbucks. Admittedly so, I'm not a frequent customer of "The Bucks", but here and there I enjoy their Peach Green Tea Lemonade and so I popped in. The space is new and well decorated. I especially enjoyed the Cardinals wall decor and some of the seats were a baseball mit them, very nice touch. Fast and friendly service.

Favorite Starbucks! The very best baristas! So kind and make the best drinks! Ask for a Jazzy Brew :) Always look forward to coming here!
