Mercy Clinic Primary Care - Chaffee Crossing

Dr. Ciccati has been my physician for three years since I moved down to Fort Smith. He's the most understanding doctor that I've had. He's the absolute best. Great bedside manner. He's a phenomenal physician and I highly recommend him!

Dr. Amy S. is one brilliant mind! She’s straight forward, and I’m sure being a member of faculty has taught her that there’s no reason, & little time, to beat around the bush! I’m grateful to call her my primary care doc, after all, we all need one, no matter what’s going on.
Once I realized she had looked over my records, & recent hospitalization, I knew I’d found the best doc for me.
I look forward to the years to come, and the chance to contribute to the experiences of new doctors w/ limited patient involvement!

From scheduling an appointment to checking out, it was overall a pleasant experience. Dr. Rosenfeld is very professional and easy to speak with about your healthcare.

I scheduled an appt online, tons of opening to choose from. I arrived on time for my appt, check in took less than 5 minutes, and I was called back immediately. Dr. Zabakolas was in the room as soon as the nurse left. He was friendly, knowledgeable, reviewed my history, answered all of my questions, and got me out reasonably quick. I will continue to use this clinic and recommend them to others.

Came from going to urgent care to having a awesome PCP in dr montiel, he helped and now I feel more comfortable with my ear infections and sinus infection/ tooth infection. Plus I love having MYMERCY, it makes things so much easier when I need to see detailed stuff!😊

Staff is friendly. Dr. Zabakolas is on top of his appointments. He makes sure we don't have any questions before we leave. You feel like a patient and not a number.

Finally a doctor that treats you like a person, not a number. The nurses and front office girls are very helpful. I am extremely glad I was recommended to Dr. Edwards.

Dr. Sharon Little is the most compassionate, thorough physician. The nursing staff and office staff are very responsive to patient needs.

I love the friendly staff. They remember me quickly when I walk in for a visit. Their phlebotomist is the best. I wish I could designate only one person to do my blood work forever because it would be her.

Laura Pace is super amazing. I really felt comfortable talking to her. I would recommend her to any and everyone! The staff was super friendly and helpful!!

Dr. Charles Craft is knowledgeable and caring, even after all the years he's practiced. Great doctor.

I love Dr. Wagner, but our last few appointments the wait time has been over an hour and I feel like that's too much with kids.

do not recommend. They make you jump through hoops just to speak to your own pcp and then want to be rude about it. After all these years of being with them contributing money to them. They cant even acknowledge a simple request to speak to the nurse you requested. Instead they want you to come in to give them more money just so you can talk to your nurse. Who would want to pay more money just to speak to their own nurse about a problem that has been on going. Depression and anxiety doesn't just stop so if my nurse knows whats going on with me I should be able to talk to her. Thats not the case here. If you want money hungry people and having to make an appointment everytime you have a question for your doctor or nurse then by all means go here. Because they'll make sure they use you for just that

they require you to wear a mask even after the CDC said it was fine and the mandates lifted that alone puts it at a 1 star for me once it changes ill happily put a 5 again but until then nope
