The only shop in town brave enough to service my 297k mile transmission. Also the only shop I know of to show extra effort in contacting me when they take off early for labor day weekend rather than leaving me walking. Everyone there is awesome, and Britt specifically is a great dude!

My truck lost all brakes. I was in my alternate vehicle and stopped in Britts about 11:00 a.m. to see if he wanted to look at my truck. He said sure bring it in and I delivered it that afternoon. He called me that same afternoon and told me what my truck needed and how much it would cost. The price for the job was exactly what I looked up online. I gave him the go ahead. He called me the next day told me my truck was ready and to come pick it up. They are usually pretty busy but he had my truck ready within 24 hours of when I dropped it off. My brakes work fine. My 85-year-old mother has been using them for years and I will certainly use them again.

Engine was misfiring on our way through Arkansas and stopped at Britts, Friday afternoon of December 30th. No other auto repair shops would even take a look since they were trying to finish up for the holiday weekend. These guys took the time to run a diagnostic and replace what was needed on our vehicle, to get us back on the road in less than 2.5 hours. Great job and deserves 5 stars.

Extremely great service! Went above and beyond, squeezing us in right before closing, to mount and balance a tire for us that was separating. 🙂

I have been going to britts since 2014...it is literally the only place I have trusted and their judgment and quality of work. They are my number 1 go to guys ...super awesome family oriented Christian garage! I trust their judgment and recommendations if I have a job that needs specific work like I needed a new transmission and they recommended JJs transmission and he was reliable for me. I just adore this shop and will always recommend and spread their name...

I love these guys and highly recommend them. Britt is a good honest business man and mechanic. And it's hard to find honest mechanics like that around here. Every vehicle I've taken up there, they diagnosed the problem immediately and gave me good advice every time.

My dad used Britt’s Auto for many years. It’s where I go for any issue that arises with our vehicles. Mr. Britt is kind and honest and does good work. Saline County is lucky to have this local shop.

Britt’s is close to my house and they had good reviews. I called and dropped my truck off that evening. By 8 the next morning they were calling me with the diagnosis and the proposed total bill. The truck was ready to go shortly after lunch and runs great. I talked to two different people- both friendly and seemed to appreciate my business. Prices were reasonable. I think I found my new auto repair shop.

I've only been there for tire issues, but both times I was treated very nicely. Well mannered guys, & very helpful. Highly recommend this place for any auto need. They always are busy so I'm not the only one really liking their work. Go see for yourselves

These guys were no nonsense car mechanics and my wife really loved their shop. She said everyone was very plain and straightforward with her. We got a hub assembly replaced for $235 out the door, and I was happy to pay it because our car is MUCH quieter.

This was after another shop told us the transmission was to blame and it was going to have to go to a "special transmission technician" for diagnosis so we could fix this hum that went away when I veered left (which means it's NOT the transmission but a wheel bearing).

These guys were a ray of sunshine on a cloudy day.

Recently had both of my head lights go out within a week of each other. First time I went to Firestone, where we had to wait five hours and where charged $80. Second time I brought the car to Britts and they had it changed within 15 minutes for $20. Do yourself a favor and trust a local shop.

My vehicle broke down at the stop sign next to Britts at about noon. I asked a busy employee to help me push it into their lot and without hesitation two men came and gave me a hand. I went inside and asked the man at the desk if he wouldn't mind looking at it. The very next morning they called, gave me an estimate and within the hour called me to come pick it up. Great guys, great shop, great service. I can't thank them enough.

This place is one of the most reputable places I've ever been to. They will work with you and treat you right unlike most places. Britt is extremely knowledgeable about what he does and is the best mechanic I've been to personally. I would deffinitly recommend coming here, you will not find better service

Can't recommend enough. Before I'd heard of Britt's I had a hub going out on my 2006 Freestyle. I knew what it was, I'm not a mechanic but I work on my own cars. The car was making a loud hum. If you put it in neutral and rolled it downhill, still the hum existed and increased with acceleration. Obviously a wheel hub. It was coming from the back right and went away when I hung a left, so obviously it was the right rear wheel hub. I told my usual mechanic that. He told me it was 100% a transmission issue and that he would have to call a transmission technician and it would cost extra, and they would have to keep it for a week.

I told my wife to leave immediately . They still had us pay $25 for a diagnostic fee, honestly I wish I had stopped payment on that, they didn't deserve it.

I googled nearby places and found Britt's. My wife took it there, they had it 10 minutes and called me and said "yeah needs a wheel hub." $120 later and maybe 2 hours and my car is fixed.

I buy used cars so they tend to need a bit of work after purchase so this wasn't my last experience with Britt's. I had an alternator go out. They didn't put a junk alternator on, they put on a very expensive one, and I know the difference. The $80 one breaks after a year and has a year warranty. The $200 one doesn't break and has a 5 year warranty to put you at ease. And you don't want to replace the alternator twice on a freestyle, it's behind the front passenger side wheel. So that was $400 (Just $200 labor! That's a steal considering when I did this on a previous car with the alternator in the same place, it took me 15 freaking hours!)

Last my car wouldn't start. I'd troubleshot a lot of it, replaced the crankshaft sensor even. It turned out to be the wire going to the crankshaft sensor. I gave them my troubleshooting notes. the mechanic called and explained I was a bit confused on some of it but explained everything to me that he was doing and even took some of the stuff I did under advisement. $196 later (though this did take a week or so to track down, I knew they were working on it and I saw their lot was FULL) and I'm fixed up.

I absolutely love this shop and I recommend it to everyone I know. I'm only too happy to write a good review for a good mechanic. My wife said she loved going there, which is important as we have two kids who are with her all day, and she felt safe and enjoyed the conversation, noting that it was a good Christian run business.

Great shop, great folks, they deserve all the business.

This is an absolutely amazing business to deal with. I took my car to Poseys first and they told me it was a body issue. To sell it and buy me another car!
By the grace of God I took it to Britt. These people were amazingly professional and made me feel like the were on my side.
They fixed my car. And it runs beautifully.
