Very pleased with our new Whirlpool dishwasher. The staff was very helpful especially Roger who installed our dishwasher. In the future, I would not hesitate doing business with these kind folks and would highly recommend them.

I am always happy with mcclendons store and appliances.. they are my go to place for all my appliances..I bought my microwave here and it's great..I also bought a stove and refrigerator in the past and a washer and dryer.. nicest people ever and very helpful..

I am very happy with the customer service of the salesman and the delivery. After our washing machine died I went to Home Depot to check what they had. What they had was a lot of floor models, but none of them were in stock. I was shocked!! I asked if it was just the model I wanted, he said no, they only carry one model, the cheapest one there. I can not wait over a week to do laundry. I found McClendon's Appliance on Google and called them to see if they had anything in stock. Glen said "we have all our floor models in stock". Well I was happy someone had the bright idea to actually stock what they sell. Thank you Glen and crew! You made my wife happy, I really appreciate all you do. Merry Christmas to you and your family. I have found an appliance store that cares.

We left 3 big appliance stores frustrated, thinking we weren't going to be able to take a dryer home the same day. Till we found McClendonds In and out in less than 2 minutes with a dryer! We are coming back for a fridge next.

I dropped into McClendon's after really deciding on using another store. Glen was super helpful. When I was ready to order, the other store was out of my preferred refrigerator. Called Glen and he took my order, in stock, and set up delivery. The delivery people were a delight and inspiring!!
If I need future appliances, McClendon's will be my first and only stop!!

We left a big box store very frustrated. We got in the car and Googled local appliance dealers that lead us to McClendon's. We were so impressed with Glen and got the same exact refrigerator for less. Then Justin delivered it and he was amazing. We were so impressed how one man could deliver and set up a refrigerator and be so pleasant. We are so happy we chose a home town business.

We did a complete kitchen renovation, and McClendon's was amazing! With only a few questions, they knew what we needed to do, and helped us make it happen flawlessly. It was such a pleasure to not have to rely on the " big box" stores. I highly recommend them!!!

Such amazing service!!!! I called to order a new washing machine and within 1 hour (ONE HOUR!) I was washing my first load of clothes in it! I told Glen what I needed, he found one to fit my budget, and sent it right over. They are wonderful! Better selection than Lowe's, and service that can't be beat. I'm blown away by it! 5 stars all the way!

They have a good selection, and they are so helpful. They really care. Also, the big stores say that they don't charge a delivery charge, but they do charge a haul off which is $15 and also charge a kit fee which is $45 to hook up an appliance. McClendon's did not charge this. I was very pleased with their service and their prices!

As soon as I walked in I was greeted by a super nice lady who listened to my situation and helped me greatly. I highly recommend shopping here. Great business with great customer service!

My refrigerator died, suddenly. Mcclendon's had my new refrigerator installed the same day! Competitive prices as the big box stores and so very helpful, kind and knowledgeable. Couldn't ask for better service from everyone I dealt with. I have shopped Mcclendon's since moving to Benton in 1996, always have had excellent service.

Family owned, friendly, good service! I have bought several appliances from them, they will deliver, set up & haul off your old appliances. Service repair tech's as well.

We bought a washer and dryer from this gentleman, we looked at the same washer and dryer at other stores, but this company threw in the wire, and hoses, and delivered for cheaper than anyone, i will 100% come back here for any appliances i need, and always friendly, as i came in later and bought a cord from the gentleman and told him what i had, and needed the other type wire for the dryer he sold us, as we moved to a home, out of an apartment he knew exactly what i needed, even though i had no clue, just knew there was a different wire, and was very friendly, knew the price, and everything, can't say enough about this company.

I have bought home appliances from McClendon's since 1991 and have always been well satisfied with the quality of the appliances, sales and service.
