From the second I walked in I was welcomed. I was in need of a recliner and the first place I went was Buddy's. Richard was so friendly and found exactly what I was looking for. I normally pay outright for things like this because I don't like to have payments, this time I decided to do it this way. I'd recommend Buddy's to anyone in need of furniture or appliances and if I ever have to get something else Buddy's will have me as a return customer. They went out of their way to make sure that I got what I was asking for because they did not have an air conditioning in their store at all. I didn't think they had any, but they found me a brand new one. They went very far out of their way to help me. And I greatly appreciate that couldn't ask for better help or customer service. Great place, recommend it to anyone.

Richard has always treated me and my family with the utmost respect and sincerity and has helped us to understand our rental agreements

We know we can always trust Buddy's and Richard for great deals on electronics and appliances. We have gotten most recently a TV and Eric helped us and he was so nice and friendly and made the process super quick and worked with our budget, and was even able to get our tv delivered the same day! We have bought furniture from Buddys for over 2 years. Richard the manager is a really great guy. He has always been helpful and respectful to us we have gotten several very nice pieces of furniture and an awesome refrigerator that ive never seen anywhere else. I would recommend Buddys to anyone who is in need of furniture or applicances but doesnt have the credit to go to the big chain stores!

I have two things with buddies I have an Xbox I also just picked up the oculus quest too I wanna say they have 20 out of 20 stars customer service they were still understanding they got me into my next payday not a big down payment such great customer service everybody in that store Springdale store should get a raise let’s give a big shout out to everybody in the Springdale store give them a raise I’m telling you

Amazing people and amazing prices!!!! Got a awesome couch love seat set for under 200 bucks and could not be happier!! Helped us load it up and had a good time talking with the people while they helped!! Will most likely go there again!!!!

Awesome experience! I had hard time paying my furnitures because I lost my crappy job but Rich was understanding and was patient until I got a great job and I don't think I'd go anywhere else to buy furnitures. Rich and his crew will make sure you get a good deal and professional home set up.
