Make an appointment! Otherwise it's a little awkward... I've been twice here and both times my nails were GREAT, but the first time I was a walk-in. They didnt treat me bad but I did feel slightly uncomfortable like I was an inconvenience. I have been a loyal customer to another salon for a long time and when they gave sloppy service multiple times in a row, I called Kimmy's. I will be sticking to Kimmy's even though they are a little bit more expensive than other places. Service was efficient between the small staff and I believe the COVID19 precautions are okay. They do hair, makeup, waxing, and nails!

My experience at Kimmy Nails was a great one. The employees are friendly and take their time doing your nails. I’m very happy with my results and would definitely come here again!

Beautiful nails! I get gel polish on my toes because it lasts so long and looks great. The young ladies in the salon are really good at what they do. Kimmy's husband is really great too...he even glued one of my nails that I was losing because of my new hiking shoes. These guys are really the best salon I've found. My daughters and I love to get our nails done here.

Kimmy and Randy are simply the best! I have been going to them for many years and won’t go anywhere else!!They are always professional and personable, they have a great choice of colors for regular, gel, and dip colors. I have always been pleased! Kimmy even takes great care of my troublesome big toe nail (Dr Kimmy, I call her😊).

My daughter and I went in for pedicures, yesterday. It was our first visit. I've been looking for a new place for ages. Brittany did my daughter, and Cat did me. It was fantastic! The service and friendliness was the best I've had anywhere. We'll definitely be back! Cat will sass you. And side eye. You'd better be up to the challenge. All while giving the best pedicure I've had in years. I'm on to her.

Also, the tattoo lady is Itzell (spelling?), for the other reviewer who mentioned her.

Best place to get your nails done in NWA in my opinion! My grandma used to insist that Kimmy was the only one that could cut her toenails just right. It had been a few years since we had been in the salon and when I walked in Kimmy remembered me and asked about my grandma. It meant a lot to me. They always provide great customer service. I absolutely love Kat and Itzel they’re hilarious and do a great job! Kat did my powder dip manicure throughout my pregnancy and gave me a great pedicure the week before I had my son. They’re always pretty busy (because they’re the best) so call ahead for an appointment.

I walked in to get a pedicure on my due date and was treated AMAZING! Exactly the kind of pampering I needed at week 40. My biggest issue with pedicures is that they usually feel rushed... Not here! She took the time, paid close attention to detail and it meant the world to me! The had me feeling so relaxed when I left. HIGHLY recommend.

I am really satisfied with my manicure and pedicure today. Kimmy is great and she did a great job while making me feel very comfortable. She recommended a color that looks great and the whole process was very pleasant. I fully recommend this salon.

I got a gel Pedicure by Itzel and it was amazing!! She was so sweet, talkative, and gentle! She also was extremely clean and sanitized everything. I highly recommend her. Thank you Kimmy Nail Salon, you have a new regular!!

I recommend Kimmy Nail Salon to those that want professional and friendly service that doesn't feel rushed. You can drop in, but if you make an appointment you do not have to wait. I got dip nails and a pedicure that turned out beautiful.

Randy was the person who d LLPid my nails today. He was very kind and helped me choose what to get. He was both polite to me as well as other customers.
