Jim Knapp was our sales consultant and he was amazing! What a great place from the time you pull up, you are not looking for someone to help you they come to you! And Jim was spectacular since my mother and I just totaled out a car on the 24th of January and I hurt my knee pretty bad and couldn’t walk very fast. He was very patient. Never acted like it was taking up his time, or I was going too slow for him. Very knowledgeable in his business, and great with customers! Great personality and loves his family a lot as he talked about them a lot! ❤ Then we reached the finance manager, and let me tell you all it’s late in the day, but, Ray Moore was very friendly, knowledgeable, and never rushed us to get out the door. I will never shop anywhere else! Thank you ORR!

They did a great job finding a vehicle in my price range. I really appreciate Morgan and Tray's help with everything. They made everything thing simple and very flexible with me working night shift it is difficult getting to and from places during normal business hours and they made it simple to work around my time.

Most dealerships will try to charge you extra for things not needed for your vehicle. They didn't even push to try. They just did what was scheduled to be done to the truck, and I'm 100 percent satisfied with the work they did.

My vehicle had an extended service call to replace the water pump. Service Mgr Randy said to bring it in and they would get to it pretty quick. I dropped the car off that morning, and he called me early afternoon to inform me it was complete, and I could pick it up any time.
