Napa Auto parts has quality built into their electrical and mechanical parts to where I can trust it'll last, be correct, and is equivalent to O.E.M. components. NAPA auto parts counter personnel doesn't make me wait for them to answer 5 phone calls about antifreeze and batteries. They value the sale standing in front of them. Extra cost is not that expensive if you leave with what you came for! Almost every car part store don't carry everything ON HAND/HAVE TO ORDER. The other stores are a Walmart equivalent in auto parts.

These guys are awesome. They were extremely helpful and friendly when my car battery died from the cold. When they saw that I walked from my apartment I was given a ride back instead of carrying it back the half mile in 7°. Above and beyond top level service! Kudos to the Kelley street NAPA.
