Watson’s showroom has a great selection of spas and outdoor furniture. Todd was a knowledgeable and helpful salesperson. He gave us a great education on the different brands and quality levels to help us find the right one for us. Highly recommend!

We had never shopped at Watson's before and wanted to purchase an air hockey table for our family.

We did some other searching around and found some "cheap" options, but we didn't want to settle for "getting what we paid for."

I knew Watson's specializes in items for the home that are not necessarily necessities, but can still be a great addition to any household. I also knew they were on the pricey side because they do carry high quality items.

So we stopped into the St. Charles location and we were assisted by James. He helped us take an air hockey table for a "test drive" and my boys approved and wife approved too.

He was very patient with us and worked with us and got us set up with a basic 6 foot table at a great price for their President's Day Sale!

If we are ever in the market for another luxury item for our house, we will definitely come back to Watson's!

Brian Gardiner was absolutely wonderful. He was very helpful when we came in to just look and get prices and when we were ready to buy, we came back. Watson’s was not very close to our home but, it was well worth the drive to buy from Brian. Once I purchased my hot tub, he was great with explaining all the details!

Evan was very attentive and accommodating making our selection and purchase easy. He is calm, patient and even laughed at my husband's corny jokes lol. We have never been to Watson's and because of this experience we will definitely be back.

I called the St. Charles,Mo. store to order new,replacement Patio Furniture covers for our 6 piece patio set. (Couch,2 end tables,2large rocker recliners, coffee table w/ice chest in center of table ) Beautiful outdoor furniture set we purchased @ that store many years ago. The salesman named John helped me with the order ,over the phone. John was exceptional @ helping w/the order. He had to order a few pieces that he didn’t have in stock. He was very kind & caring as he helped me successfully complete my order. I was very pleased w/his knowledge of the products I needed. He even went on line & found our original furniture order ,to be sure he ordered all of the correct covers. “His service went above & beyond what average employees do for customers!!” Many thanks to John & a job very well done!!!❤

We were looking for a home bar and found exactly what we wanted at Watson’s in St Charles however they sold the last one and there were none on order. Robin contacted the Cincinnati store and found out she could order one for us and also coordinated the delivery of two bar stools from the O’Fallon store for us. Superb customer service from Robin. My husband and I are most grateful.

TODD was amazing to deal with and answered all our questions when purchasing furniture sight unseen! Very reassuring if this doesn't match our expectations we can get refunded or exchange for something else of our liking! He even went out of his way to measure the dimensions since the website did not have them listed! Thank you TODD for all of your help! You were fantastic to work with!

It’s great to see the same gentleman who sold me. My hot tub was able to answer questions about chemicals for me. Still loving my hot tub. Still best decision ever to purchase from Watson’s and particularly John at Watson.

The staffs very helpful. Answered all our questions. Never made us feel rushed or pushed to purchase anything. We bought a patio set and a bbq pit. Definitely will be back.

Evan Hansberry was our sales rep, and he was excellent. He looked up several items for us to see if they were in stock and check prices. He also helped my husband convince me that we needed to buy an air hockey table. I walked in to Watsons looking for bar stools. I had no intention of allowing my husband to get an air hockey table but Evan’s great personality and great customer service skills really helped convince me that it was something we could do. He is definitely an asset to Watsons. We will definitely come back because of his excellent service and great personality.

Shopping for a Ssuna today. After making a few calls checking pricing, decided to stop at Watson’s at look at one first hand. Robin Nerney was our salesperson, no pressure at all, answered my questions, bought one!
That easy. I can’t believe the $$$ we saved plus a trip to Bakers and Amini’s . Don’t waste your time elsewhere .

Mackenzie in Customer Service from the St Charles Mo store is phenomenal. She goes above and beyond to help with your problems. So many people in customer service have an attitude and make you feel like you are a bother. Mackenzie went out into the floor to find my hot tub to find the exact part I needed. She is a huge asset. I literally feel like stealing her for my office. Exceptional !!! I apologize if I’m spelling the name wrong

Great selection of fun arcade type adult tools pool tables, swimming pools so so much more, I didn't have time to look I was picking up a hot tub filter, yes they sell a great selection of hot tubs.
My pool table in my basement came from Watson's it still is a classic table

We had some issues with our hot tub. Brittany T not only helped us through this process, she was great with communicating & helping us getting this resolved. I would highly recommend Watsons to anyone looking!

Robin our sales person was knowledgeable, helpful and made all the difference in choosing a Bullfrog swim spa from Watson’s. Throughout the process she provided support and information to help us navigate the different needs and documentation of our HOA. I highly recommend Robin and Watson’s.
