This store needs more employees like Toni! What a super kind personable guy! So helpful! As soon as I walked in he was walking towards me and I asked for help with the 12 ft skeleton, buying and arranging a time to pick it up. Not one issue. He took care of it right away and sent me to the customer service desk to take care of payment and unfortunately I dealt with an employee who was not kind at all and told me opposite of what Toni told me. I went back to him and he took care of the situation right away and assured me everything would be taken care of. Had I not dealt with Toni I would have walked out of Home Depot and took my business elsewhere. Thank you Toni! Your customer service is to be admired and I very much appreciate you! Thank you for making my transaction simple!

We prefer Home Depot over Lowe's or Menard's. We know the layout, and they typically have what we need. Customer service is good.

Everyone at the Home Depot in the Cave Springs area in St. Peters, MO is always helpful and nice. The store is always well organized, including the garden section. Thank you.

Staff will go above and beyond to help every one. Store is always organized, well stocked and clean. They do not have a Tool Rental Department, but you can rent their TRUCK, CARPET CLEANER MACHINES and Fiber Glass blowers at the Customer Service. They make KEYS too, it's in front of the Self check out.
The paint department can mix most of competitors colors and their own color selection from Glidden and Behr are pretty good. They also have a machine that can match a color from a drywall piece (coin size), fabric or any solid surface.

Our toilet was leaking water everywhere and we got the water off , but we needed the water fill part and a metal hose that goes to the turnoff . I just had knee surgery and my husband is so sweet but he doesn’t know much about fixing things he went to Home Depot and this guy Luke showed him how to fix it by himself and make sure the parts all worked together. This Luke was fantastic he took the time to show him how to do it , we had it fixed in 10 minute. Give this guy a raise you really don’t want to loose him .

The staff was so helpful and friendly. We looked until I found exactly what I needed. When I got out to the car, 10 of the 19 tiles in a box were broken. Absolutely my fault. I should have hand picked them in the store. Went back in and no problem. Got all 19 pieces. Pretty tile that looks like wood flooring for a drop in tub surround. Even showz some texture. So excited.

This place gave me an exceptional experience when purchasing my smoker. I was looking at Amazon and it was going to be 3 or 4 days before I got it in and I'd need to install it. I did one final price check on the internet and found it for the same price at Home Depot the next day...and with free installation. They took care of delivering it directly to my house completely built. On top of that, Mary Peppers at the CS desk follow up the next day to make sure that everything ended as expected. GREAT experience!

Went to store to pick out appliances for remodeled kitchen. First we've been in store over last six months to a year and Meet salesman Chris Piel, he's super nice, always will to help you with questions or inquires, well kept telling him not ready but when we are we will look for him, we'll yesterday was it. We went to store to actually purchase, and found Chris in the department where he always is. Refreshed our promise to him and he went to work.
We walked out with stove, microwave, double stainless steel sink,w faucet set and garbage disposal.
He went to work to get all the rebates, discounts from manufactures, Sat up extended warranties, review all the paperwork so we knew everything he had done and sat up delievery and take away old stuff.
Was the best shopping trip we'd had since moving to Ofallon.

They are so damn nice here. So helpful and went above and beyond to help me. I was spending less than 20 bucks too. Usually places don't give this kind of care to someone spending so little but il be damned, they sure did. Can't recommend this location enough. Terry is the man!

I went to buy a fan for commercial usage and when the person asked me if I needed help, she actually wanted to help. She insisted on taking a fan to the back to test it.... the fan does what it needs to do but more importantly, I was treated like a welcomed customer! Great job!

I exchanged a dead plant for a new one. The cashier was supper nice.

They have anything you may need for home projects. I was looking for a gas grill. However, I don't want to spend $360 or more for a regular 4 burner grill.
