This store is really nice and organized. When you walk in the door your greeted and offered help without being pushy. They don't bother you passed that unless you request assistance which is really nice. She helped me with finding the right type of shoe for my feet and support. This particular store didn't have my size in stock and she was nice enough to do a search in the area for a store that had it in stock. She even offered to call to reserve the shoe for me. Talk about service. A+

I had been looking for checkered vans in stores for a long time. Seemed like nowhere had what I was looking for. When I walked in to famous footwear, the shoe i was looking for was the first one on the first shelf. I guess this is just luck since that's what I was looking for. But overall the store is nice, the staff is friendly and they support mobile payments. I use Google pay. Overall the place is great. Goodbye shoe carnival

Got a pair of Under Armour tennis shoes for under 50 bucks that was a good deal the staff was friendly the manager was really nice and knowledgeable.good place to get. The shoes you need they have all kinds. Join the rewards club and get even more discounts.

We have shopped here for years, and have always had friendly, helpful service. Today we were looking for a specific type of athletic shoe, and Diana helped us to find what we needed. When the color we wanted was at another store, we could buy one here and then still get the 1/2 off when we went to the other store for the BOGO sale.

Good selection and good prices. Service was extraordinary. Dianna was very helpful and patient. Excellent suggestion by her to make the moccasin water repellent.

Great staff, so helpful! I went in today looking for inserts mainly and this lady helped me and told me the ones she even used and I tried them on and felt wonderful, bought them and wore them in my shoes out of the store, instant pain relief!! Thank you so much!!!

Lady that was working was super helpful it was only her in the store and other customers were so needy yet she kept a calm demor and was very helpful more people need to recognize what a great job she does I wish I had gotten her name super shout out to her great job and keep ur chin up
