Wendy's

I want to praise the workers at Wendy's on S Zero St in Fort Smith AR. Some how on door dash I had everything removed when I didn't want that to happen I wanted to add stuff on to it. So now I am up at Wendy's after calling them they told me this stuff happens so often so I can come up & have it replace just like I wanted it. These guys have been so sweet to me about it.

Michelle & Ashley the managers were so understanding & so sweet an nice to me. They even made it up to me they didn't have to do what they did.

So thank you to Wendy's on S Zero St in Fort Smith AR.

Best tasting burger amongst major hamburger chains! I've been eating at Wendy's since I was kid! You can never go wrong with Dave's Single with Cheese!

Was pleasantly surprised, friendly cashier, food was good, I've got no complaints, as with a lot of other fast food places.

Good food, staff could be quicker but are not unreasonably slow either.

What more can I say other than I had a good experience and I definitely recommend for a quick bite

LOVE IT ESPECIALLY THE JR BACON CHEESEBURGER AND NO SALT FRIES AND DEFINITELY STRAWBERRY LEMONADE.

Super friendly, helpful staff. The women at the counter was helpful when I was being a bit difficult with all of my coupons, the restaurant was clean and the food was actually good.

I would eat here again, service was awesome!

Love eating at Wendy's they have the best food in Fort Smith

When I go to Wendy's I order the bacon cheese baked potato and add the sour cream and chives to that order. Always get the chocolate Frosty 😉 some Wendy's get the order right, in some I have to repeat it three times, The best Wendy's for giving me that order I've ever had was the one at 1924 S Zero St, Fort Smith, AR 72901. It was perfect. The worse one is at the Wendy's in Roland, OK, which I understand is managed by the attached quick stop. The order is NEVER correct even tho' I'm required to repeat it three times. My advice is to drive just a tiny bit further to the above mentioned on Zero Street above.

Traverse made the visit! Amazing employee. Food was good as usual with no complaints but I have 6 in the family with some of the kiddos particular in their orders. He repeated them all back, asked clarifying questions as needed and got right to work on our order during a busy time! Great work sir! I can hear him now asking my wife if everything was all right. Great follow up! Please promote him to store manager (if he wants) and give him his own store! He is a future leader in the making.

Great for my 30 minute lunch break through out the week. Love Sam, the register attendant. He is always personable. Good Box price and amount of food!

Excellent food and drinks and customer service

Went through the drive thru. Bought burgers only. Food, service were great. Only issue was the cashier wasn't using the ice scoop to put ice in the cups.

Wendy's breakfast is extremely UNDERrated. Excellent quality, crispy potatoes, sweet girl at the window who made me feel welcome. I would recommend

The biggie bag is great for a budget lunch

Fries were a lil old, but it's okay bc I came there like 15 mins before closing , thinking they closed at 11. Other than that, friendly staff, fast service and the burger was fresh and delicious.
