This Company is amazing. If you find yourself in need of a monument, they are your go to location. Alison is Number One, the best at understanding your what you are going through and the stress of designing your precious piece for your loved one. She has patience of Gold, like no other I have met. I did visit three different monument places and once I met her, I knew she had my best interest at heart and I would be happy with the outcome. Alison and her staff is amazing and went over 100% to make sure I was happy. Losing my son was probably the hardest thing I will ever do and I am very lucky Emerson Monument Co. was there to help.

They were very professional yet, kind friendly and personable. I also liked that they kept me informed in the process of making the memorial for my husband.

Our experience with Emerson Monument was absolutely perfect from beginning to end. Personal attention to our needs and wants, quality product presented to us with various options to satisfy the family, and courteous attention to details. When I called to inform Emerson of the date of death and funeral details in two days, they made every effort to ensure the inscription was in place by the grave-side service. They sent me a photo of the completed work, which was obviously taken after dark, the night before. Extraordinary service!!

Very nice people - good selection. Good communication during the process. It did take almost a year to get it once we ordered it so don't be in a hurry!

Headstone date was added well within time frame promised and it looks like it has always been there. Very happy with the engraving.

No lo recomiendo, mal servicio te dan una fecha y no cumplen y luego dicen que eso no dijieron, no deletrean bien las fraces, la recepciónista es muy arrogante y da pésimo servicio por tel., No lo recomiendo, busquen otro lugar. Horrible malísima experiencia 😡.Alison es 2 caras en persona muy amable y por tel. Muy sangrona no le gusta escuchar. Nunca me envió un email para mostrar el dibujo que pedí hasta que yo le llamé, me dijo que la lápida hiva estar lista a finales de Febrero y tampoco me llamaron para avisarme, solo porque ya espere mucho tiempo si no hasta los demandaba porque no cumplen el contrato, busquen otro lugar hay otros, el que quiera saber lo que me pasó se lo puedo desir detalladamente, NO LOS RECOMIENDO
