Midtown is the best in the business. I use them for ALL my plumbing needs. We have had them clean out lines, fix broken water lines and even fix other people's work. There is nobody in the business that I would even consider for my plumbing needs. Honesty and Integrity are two words that fit this company!

The crew did a wonderful job at our office in Bryant this week. They identified the problem quickly, were on time every day, kept me updated throughout the process, and went above and beyond. Highly recommended!

Highly recommend Mid-Town! I had a small section of drain pipe replaced by Austin on Monday. He was very nice, right on time, didn’t hesitate to check out the crawlspace to see the whole situation, left no mess behind at all, and the price was so much better than other plumbers I met with. This other guy called C&T Plumbers quoted me $1200. Mid-Town repaired it for under $200 all in one very short appointment, and they use modern card-reader technology for payment. They have all 5 star reviews for a reason!

We had several repairs that needed attention. I thought our garbage disposal was broken; however, it wasn’t. Our plumber, Heath, took the time to show me the reset button and how to do a simple fix in the future. He had it working in minutes. As he installed a new faucet, my curious kids were watching. He was friendly with them and answered all their questions. So thankful for Jim and Hailey and their dedication to employ quality plumbers! Thanks, Mid-town!

During this cold spell, we found ourselves in need of a plumber. Friday night and after 5 I knew it would be an issue. After calling so called 24 hr plumbers in Hot Springs and being given no service, I stumbled across Mid-Town. Thank God for them! Price and service was excellent while they came a little out of the normal area. Did they take advantage of me by overcharging? NO and they came quickly!!! They beat a business up the road by almost $200. Didn't need me to be a preferred customer or willing to wait until Monday.

What did they gain? Six new customers in my family and I will pass on the name to my neighbors too. Being the Alderman in Fountain Lake Community, I have the pleasure to help businesses get known about.

I highly recommend Mid-Town Mechanical Services for anyone who needs residential plumbing services. By following them on Facebook, I was entered in their first promotional contest to win a free faucet with installation. To my surprise, we won! Mid-Town was very professional, and the project was completed in a timely manner. The faucet looks beautiful in our kitchen, and I can't wait to work with them again once we begin our bathroom remodel.

Help!! I need to get my leaking hot water heater replace. I called 7 plumbing companies only to be told it would be next week or later before they could get to me. Then I was referred to Mid-Town. Not only did they quote me the lowest price, they said they could get to me today. Less than 3 hours from the time I called I had a new hot water heater. I can't thank Haley and Justin for all they did for us today. You guys, and gals, ROCK!!!!

I have no idea what I would have done with out this company! I had a problem that was ultimately determined to be the citys issue but Hailey and everyone else were extremely helpful in directing me to the correct people. They are very professional from the time they answered the phone to the time the men were sent out to my house to check everything out. They were great at describing the situation and what needed to be done to fix the problem. I strongly recommend this company. You will not be disappointed. Came out on New Years Eve. They made an exception since I was out of the service area. Was very pleased with Duncan the service tech. Replaced water heater. All is good now. I appreciate them and would recommend them to everyone. Very greatful!

Just had MidTown Mechanical out for a small plumbing job and I have to say, they are one of the best plumbing services I have run into in my 30 plus years of home ownership. He showed up early, was super friendly and had the problem fixed within an hour. MidTown IS our new a future plumbing service company. Not name dropping here but, Henry (the plumber who came to help us) is as good and friendly as the get!

They took care of the leak in no time at all. Very professional job and reasonable prices. A positive experience all the way.

Mike at Winnelson Plumbing referred me to Mid-town Mechanical Services after I lamented to him that I had TWO plumbers already come to my house to fix a shower head and neither wanted to touch it. Henry at Mid-Town Mechanical came and fixed my shower head! He is a miracle worker! After one and half years in this house, I FINALLY had someone who was willing to help me! Moved into my house in 2014 and have never had good water pressure. It was a headache with the kids, watering the lawn, etc. Had a leak outside of the house and the folks at MidTown found the leak and replaced a section of pipe that hadn’t been installed correctly when the house was built. Water pressure!!!!
