Premier Collision did a great job! My car was out quickly, they did a wonderful job and it was super clean when I picked it up.

Best place!! May have to wait a bit to get in, but it is worth the wait. Everyone was super nice and kept us informed through the whole process. Worked with our insurance in a timely fashion. Our car was done when they said it would be and looked like it was never damaged! Highly recommend them if you need body work done on your car!!

I almost gave them 4 stars, because I had to wait about 5 weeks to get my car into the shop. A week or so is understandable, but 5 weeks seems excessive to me. I also didn't receive any status updates. I found out that my car was ready by calling the shop to check the status. In their defense, there is a chance that they would have called me within the next hour or so had I not reached out.

These two aside, the repairs look great and the process went smoothly. To my appreciation, all the details between me dropping my car off and picking it up, were abstracted from me, coordination with my insurance for example.

If the wait time is reasonable or comparable to other local shops, I can recommend Premier without reservation.

The team at premier collision is top notch. We trust them with not only our person vehicles but any of our customers if we need something repaired or fixed prior to wrapping.

I had a considerable amount of hail damage. They did an excellent job with PDR and the car came back to me fully detailed. I was very satisfied with the results. I've used other shops in the area that returned my car damaged. This place is a good one. My car was ready a day later than estimated, but they did warn me that there would likely be additional damage found when they got the car cleaned up so I was fine with the extra day. I would recommend this shop.

What can I say they our wonderful ! They have excellent communication ! Plus they care about their customers. They are honest hardworking owners they treat your vehicle like it’s their own. I can tell you if they have any bad reviews. It’s most likely someone was being a Karen . Because this is the best shop around. We will always go here.

Premier Collision did a great job on my 2021 Ram. I took the truck for a trade-in quote, and they had to ask about the repair work because they could not find that it was repaired. No paint lines/over spray. Work took a few days more than expected, but with quality work, I understand.

When you are as detail oriented and care about your vehicle as much as I do, you want nothing more than to feel confident that the body shop you chose for repairs is capable of producing quality work. Rocky and his team have always been over the top with service, communication, and quick turnaround. This will be my 3rd visit and the most challenging repair I've tasked them with. If you want the job done right and done well, Premier Collision Center is my recommendation. Tell Rocky that Miles sent you.

Fair honest price for high quality work. They’re candid with communication on timing and what work is required in the job.

I was in an accident mid-October & Premier (although they were extremely busy) was able to work me in to receive my car back within 1 month. They were extremely professional, friendly and courteous each time I called for an update. My Jeep is now back to me and is in perfect shape. I would greatly recommend this shop to anyone. The staff did a remarkable job on my Jeep's repairs.

First off I’ll say this. Nobody like a mechanic or a dentist until you need you one. And when you do, you better hope they are good at what they do.
Now, I’m not saying I’m a bad driver but I’m definitely a terrible parker. 😇 Dings, scratches, dents, crunches. They have always taken top notch care of me and my car.
They are honest and reasonable. I wouldn’t take my car anywhere else.

Amazing work and very fast. I was in a hit and run accident. Insurance company suggested them to me. They gave me an estimate of 4 weeks but I actually got my car back in 2!

I had a piece on my door hinge break that prevented it from closing properly. Went to a shop in Fayetteville and they quoted a ridiculously high estimate, left feeling like they were trying to get over on me. I took my car to Premier Collision the next day, Kevin took a look at it and made an appointment for two days later. Kevin repaired my car door in minutes without having to replace the hinge and saved me hundreds of dollars. Great experience and excellent customer service! I will definitely go to them for any future needs and advise others to do the same!

This shop knows thier work. I worked along side my husband at home and in collision centers for 34 years. I learned much about the industry and sending out quality work. Also this shop knows about the importance of cleanup on the inside. My car was very clean when I picked it up. No other shop that I have previously used in the area even washed my car after repairs. I highly recommend Premier Collision.
