This was our 1st time. We drove 2 hours and 35 minutes to get there, but we were not disappointed. We really enjoyed ourselves. Got some sun and had some fun! 1 of my favorite things was the lazy river. Our 2 year old really enjoyed the toddler area. Our girls got on all 5 of the big slides several times. If you haven't been you should go!

Enjoying this cute little place. Don’t reccomend late night swim if you don’t like a crowd. Every time we go there is something different as far as entertainment! I’m pleased the river valley offers this. I would like to see a local discount in the future and more aqua jogging opportunities. Staff is great the place is clean and everyone is friendly with positive attitude. They hire the best workers

Overall great place. Food is a bit expensive but taking a cooler in the car or eating local is easy too. Recommend going early or after 4 if having a chair is a need. Slide wait times aren't bad and there's lots swim/water play options for kids of all ages. Recommend passes if you go more than 2x per year. Discounts come with the cards:)

It’s priced high. Beat way to enjoy it is all day swimming. My family and I did enjoy ourselves. I’d recommend it as a family outing. But it’s gonna cost a lot. Better have 2-3 adults paying.

Really an excellent water park. Wave pool, kids play area, shallow pool to play in, a lazy river and a surf spot. There's also some slides but I haven't gone down any of them yet. Kids must be 48 inches to ride those. Most of the pool area is 3.5 feet deep. The Wave pool gets to 5 maybe 5.5 feet. The waves do get really high though.

Expensive. Yet try going to Silver Dollar city or other places. This is a really good deal to entertain 2 adults and 2 kids by getting the season pass.

Took the family here on Labor Day. We had a blast! Only complaint was the wait time for the concession stand. Other than that, expect to have a great time with your family and friends. Highly recommend the lazy river

Very organized, lifeguards very alert, the food is a little pricey. While I was waiting in the long line for food and refreshments, an employee brought ice water for the people in line no charge. Their staff if very friendly and helpful. We are a season ticket family. I recommend this park to all, young and old. I am 71 and my grandchild is 10. My wife of 48 years is happy with parrot island also.

Had a blast! Very fun Hawaiian theme that the staff gets into! I recommend trying it out! The big water slides kind of hurt maybe its my tiny body but still fun.

I was visiting family and didn't know they had one. I was relieved because I didn't realize hot springs was so far away. We enjoyed ourselves. Line wasn't too long, check-in was easy, they had live shows, and locker rental was simple also (kiosk). We had a really good time, they have activities for all ages. Also, the lines for the slides weren't too long either. Only thing that kinda got to me was having to pay for an adult ticket for my 7yo because it was according to height and not age- but I kinda get it. It's worth the visit and we'll more than likely revisit.

My son, nephew and I visited Parrot Island on a weekday, so it was not crowded. We loved the wave pool, lazy river and the slides, of course.
The green slide was the favorite - you go down on tubes, either single or double.
The other slides didn't have much of a wait at all and were really fun.
The only downside is if you have a large group, the $20 each entry fee gets pretty steep.

Fun and friendly place to visit. I liked the fact that my wife who didn't want to get wet only had to pay an observer fee of 5 bucks. My kids loved it.

There is much to like about Parrot Island Waterpark. They have slide for tubes that go straight instead of rotating (spiraling) all the way down. I like the straight one more. They have an artificial ocean wave where one can surf on. The rest is pretty typical and comparable to other water parks. To enhance security they offer you lockers to store your valuables. My family had a great time at Parrot Island Waterpark.

Lots of fun. Super on point lifeguards. Guys and gals are serious about their job!! Slides are fun, lazy river is so cool... it has drips, waterfalls, slow parts, fast parts, holding ring, and is handicapped accessible. Also has multiple exit points. Kiddie Island is really nice for the young ones. Wave pool is always a big hit as well as the surfing area. All in all, it's way above par for a smaller town.
