Amy really knows her stuff!! She’s great at what she does and is always on point every cut I get. Been coming here for a few years and plan on coming for many years to come!!! Always great service as well.

Amy is a very talented and kind barber and does a hell of a job with beards. Its been very difficult for me to find someone to properly manage my crazy beard. I highly suggest going here if you value a good haircut and supporting local businesses.

I seriously LOVE this place! I’ve been taking my son there for the past two years. He has sensory processing disorder and haircuts have always been a meltdown trigger for him. Amy is so sweet and patient, and he no longer has anxiety about an upcoming haircut- in fact, he now looks forward to them and is able to sit still so that she can get a perfect hard part with the clippers. That in itself is HUGE for a special needs mom. Amy is always flexible with our schedule, and she genuinely cares about providing the best service for her customers.

Amy is AMAZING! She always cuts my hair so it looks fantastic plus she’s so sweet! I love going to her so much I drive all the way from Rogers just to get my haircut! She also does so well with my son’s hair and he adores her as well. Highly recommended!

Grayscale barbershop is always very clean and well taken care of. Amy always does very good with my hair and my husbands. She knows exactly what I want everytime I go in without me even having to tell her. She always has a smile on her face and a great personality. Finally, after TWO years of looking for the perfect barbshop, I found Grayscale Barbershop! There is nothing more important than the integrity and sincerity of a local business and Bob and Amy certainly deliver! This couple has an incredible work ethic. And the haircut is the cleanest and most stylish haircut I've EVER gotten. I couldn't be any more pleased. Bob knew exactly what I wanted the first time cutting my hair. I’ve been using super cuts for years...finding someone I could settle for just to have them quit soon after. Finally I found somewhere to get my haircut that I know they will be there and exceed all my picky expectations!! I highly recommend Greyscale for adults and children as my 10 year old son gets his hair cut here also. I just wish I still had as much hair as him.

Edit: Bob is the absolute best but he doesn't cut hair here anymore. If you have been looking for him he now works at Lions Mane Barber Shop on Weddington and still gives the best fades in the business.

2018: Bob and Amy are great people who are amazing at what they do. Their combined skills allow them to cater to just about anyones hair needs promptly and professionaly and at a reasonable rate. I always look forward to getting my hair cut here.
