I always have a great experience here. The staff is friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. The “good old days” are at The Hardware Store, where you can get your chainsaw serviced, pick up a miscellaneous bolt, and grab a cream soda before you leave.

I have to say that you couldn’t find a better store for hardware needs. I’ve come here for years and always get amazing service. The staff is very knowledgeable and above all respectful.

These guys are the absolute best! I know nothing about tools and they are very helpful. I come in stressed out with a baby in one arm and they are very patient and helpful. Imagine shopping at another hardware store?! Couldn’t be me!

They deal in the "STHIL" brand of products. They also service all STHIL equipment at store location. As a side note, if your looking for that hard to find piece of hardware, it'll most likely be found here. And if not,(which is rare), they can most likely order it for you. The staff is VERY courteous, friendly, & helpful. If you just have some time to pass, drop in & look around.You'll be amazed at all the things you find here.

Great service and prices. I've been going here for the past 14 years, although they don't have everything like the big home improvement centers. There's a lot that you can get and it's cheaper. I would suggest calling them and compare prices. STIHL authorize dealer and repair. Military/Veteran Discounts available

The personal and professional service from the staff and been excellent. You do not see nor expect this from one of the big box stores. Their pricing in many cases is cheaper than a big box store. This is what America's hardware stores use to be. They also have a great selection of equipment rent for almost any home projects. My go to store for most DIY projects around the home.

Knowledgeable staff and they have everything you need for Stihl products. I even messed up and bought the wrong air filter for my string trimmer and they gave me the correct one and a refund without a receipt. Stihl makes the best landscaping equipment and this place is the best Stihl dealer I've found.

The Hardware Store is great! I have used them multiple times for mower repairs and today when we decided to get a new mower, Michael answered all of our questions and was knowledgeable about the mower we were interested in.

He even went to get gas for us after he found out they were out of gas to fill up the mower.

Needed to find a specific size washer that doesn’t exist. Dallas went out of his way to hand make a washer that would work for my needs. Some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. Outstanding employees that are super friendly! 11/10 rating in my book.

I recently purchased a Stihl chainsaw from Josh at “The Hardware Store”. He walked me through how it all works, gassed it up, ran it, it’s ready to go! Amazing store and outstanding customer service!!

Great place. Helpful staff. The owner is very honest and does what he can to get you set. Prices are not that far off of big box stores and here you can talk to knowledgeable people and support a local business.

These guys hooked me up two years ago with a chain for my battery powered Dewalt chainsaw—the box store I bought it from advised me to buy one that ultimately didn’t fit. Hardware store built a chain for me and it worked great.

Fast forward to last week, I need to step up my chainsaw game and knew these guys would steer my right.

Just used me new gear today. Couldn’t be happier. The saw and carbide chain turn logs into butter. Couldn’t be happier. Thanks guys!
