Superior customer service. Carrie answered the phone herself and within moments sent pictures for me to approve the arrangement. Payment is done online, which gives Carrie time to go back to designing her beautiful arrangements. Check out her Facebook page to see her creativity. The flowers were delivered the day I ordered them. What a great way to purchase flowers when you do not live in town.

I absolutely love my daughters Birthday Bouquet! I had a personalized order which was catered too perfectly and the attention to detail was awesome! Carrie's Creations went above and beyond my expectations and they will definitely receive future business from me!

The customer service this business provides is just amazing. I have a friend that lives in the fort smith area and wanted to order her a nice surprise. The attendant I messaged provided great service and helped me to really give a unique gift. From the basket suggestions, to the hand made cards. This is a business I will be returning to.

Let me just start by saying Carrie's customer service is TOP TIER. I've lived in another state for several years, but from the area, and just didn't know who to go with in fulfilling my order from long distance. I did a quick Google search, saw her reviews and thought "why not". Believe the reviews, all of them. She is amazing, quick, great prices, and trustworthy. She did exactly what I asked for and sent me a photo of the order, literally 20-minutes after we got off of the phone. She then personally made me a punch card for future rewards, and sent me a photo of that, just in case I decide to go with her again in the future ... and I will! Carrie, you are a true gem, and I hope your business continues to flourish. If you are local, or out of town like I am, she will most definitely take care of you, efficiently and with great pride. I've used Carrie's Creations twice for out-of-state orders. Each time I contacted Carrie, she responded incredibly quickly to messages. Carrie is sensitive to customer's needs, offering suggestions and photos, while maintaining a desired price point. Never before have I had a florist text me a photo of the actual arrangement I've purchased prior to delivery. Now that's great customer service! Carrie offers a large delivery area, competitive prices, and first rate customer service. I will certainly use Carrie's Creations when I need to send flowers in Fort Smith, Alma, or surrounding areas.

On the weekend of 08/08/2020, One of my closest friend's Father passed away down in the Fort Smith, Arkansas area. (My thoughts and prayers to him and his family.)

I was advised that the services would be in Fort Smith on Monday 08/10/2020 which prompted me to look for a florist in the area. Having checked reviews on line I found "Carrie's Creations". When I initially called, I had gotten a voice-mail explaining they were more than likely busy and would return my call. I left my information and within 10 minutes, Miss Carrie returned my call.

I can not explain how much help she was in guiding me through the process of a funeral arrangement. Explaining how it works as well as giving suggestions based on what my thoughts were for the arrangement.

Needless to say, I couldn't be any more happy about the final arrangement. Miss Carrie text me a photo of the arrangement for my approval before delivering it to the service. It turned out Absolutely Gorgeous!! I had asked for a Military style arrangement since everyone involved is either a Veteran and/or Currently Serving.

I would highly recommend Miss Carrie and "Carrie's Creations" for any floral needs you may have in the Fort Smith and the surrounding areas.

Every purchase I’ve ever had has been very beautiful. Carrie really cares about her customers and goes above and beyond to make sure you get exactly what you’re wanting. She will always be my go to florist.

I called to order some flowers for a friend. Carrie went above and beyond in taking care of me she made an outstanding flower arrangement and then made the delivery after hours because I needed them delivered later in the day. She personalized the card I wanted sent with the flowers. Next time you need flowers give her a try you will not be disappointed. Rob C

I found this on Google it said 24/7 it was open, sure enough I messaged about a plant and she messaged me right away and meet me at her shop. Her prices beat the funeral homes shop link prices and times. She has succulents, home made cards, and does it for enjoyment of the job, not just to pay bills, though everyone has to pay bills so consider tipping atleast half of what you saved if not all because she saved me ayleast 10 to 15 $ and a day or two wait for picking it up myself. Awesomeness.

I have purchased from Carrie on three different occasions (birthdays, holidays and a funeral) and each time have found her to be friendly, honest and professional. Each item purchased turned out beautifully and the receiver enjoyed the item (funeral was a plant that is still alive 18 months later). Highly recommend Carrie's Creation for floral needs.

Ever try and order flowers for someone special and everything go wrong?

That was me today and Carrie EXCEEDED my expectations. I called in a panic because Ava’s flowers not only mixed up the zip code but told me it would be $45 more to get my order delivered and won’t be today. Well you see a dear friend of mine Kesha lost her grandmother and I wanted flowers sent to her before the viewing to show how much she is loved. Carrie not only said yes I can have them delivered today, she sent me a text message to show the arrangement and suggested the candy bouquet with the pink boot that Kesha could use another time and remember me. Carrie even texted me to let me know that the flowers were delivered and how my friend loved them. It really brought tears to my eyes that Carrie made this challenging time so much better. Carrie’s thought that she puts into customer service is really hard to find. I am so thankful that I found Carrie when I am all the way in North Carolina. I have her number saved in my phone because I will for sure recommend her to anyone in that area and use her again. Carrie is a true angel on this earth. Please if you are looking for flowers, call her and she will exceed any expectation you will have.

I really wanted to make a nice arrangement for my husband's birthday but he is a gym buff so no candy and he doesn't like flowers. Carrie was great helping me with suggestions and showing me pictures of things she's tried before. Together we figured out an awesome solution. I brought her a whole bunch of protein bars, nuts & seeds, protein packs and Gatorade packs. She arranged them perfectly and the hubby got a surprise at work he can enjoy. It meant a lot that she took the time to do the arrangement especially since she just had a cooler go out and other arrangements to get done that morning. She bends over backwards for her customers!

The arrangements I get for my mom are always fresh and beautiful. They always last a long time too. The owners are very helpful and friendly. Great little shop, Keep your dollars local :)
