Red Roof Inn Fort Smith Downtown

This motel gives you exactly your money's worth. We shared a single king bed room for $65/night. We booked in advance through AAA. We were in our room and unpacked within 30 minutes of arriving. Check in was easy, and hassle free. When we got up to the room it was hot, and the AC did not seem to turn on. I didn't want to hassle with it, so I went back to the check in counter. The manager quickly followed me and turned it on, and even suggested it would be okay to leave it on for the duration of our stay. We left for food, and the room was cooled down by the time we were back. The room was clean, and included the necessities: a phone, microwave, mini fridge, and toiletries. We stayed for 6 days and it was great. No complaints other than the close proximity to the police station. We weren't too bothered, but I would suggest considering the bouts of sirens that you'll hear throughout the day and night.

Quick and easy booking straight to the point. So was checking out! Housekeeping was really nice checked on us daily to see if we needed anything. Pet friendly and kid friendly and best location ive been in aswell. The best part was walking into cleanliness and the smell of clean. Very spacious!

Very central to the nightlife in downtown. The floors were mopped and everything was great. The sheets were a little stained here and there, but they didn't smell. The a/c wall unit did not give out a moldy smell either, so that's good. It was also renovated, so I definitely felt very princess-like for what I paid for to stay here.

Great place for a clean and comfy hotel right downtown! My boyfriend had been staying here for work and Staff were very friendly and honest. Rooms were pretty and clean. Parking was convenient for the location. We were able to walk downtown and had great restaurants in view from my room. I will be back!

Clean nive rooms, and front desk receptionist was friendly

Although there are no extra amenities like hair dryer, microwave and refrigerator, there is nothing more relaxing after a long road trip to come into a nice clean room and comfortable bed. The desk clerk was also very accommodating and polite. The rooms are newly renovated.

Had a great stay, clean rooms, comfortable (but very high up) beds, pet friendly, in a cute part of downtown, friendly staff. Was $75 flat for two queen beds which was perfect for 3 adults, a toddler, and our cat. I called so many 2* fort Smith hotels and most were $90+ for two beds and pet fee. Red roof inn is now one of my go to hotels while traveling, especially since 1 pet stays free!

Rooms recently renovated. Comfortable bed and pillows. Good water pressure. Very convenient to downtown. Floors are laminated wood. No complimentary breakfast if that matters to you.

Nicely remodeled rooms appointed with all the amenities one would come to expect from a economy hotel. Staff was very friendly throughout my stay. Would recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in the downtown area and maybe going to the convention center nearby for events

Jennifer was courteous and friendly as she checked us in, greeting me with a big smile. Our room was clean, comfortable, well-stocked and a great bargain! We will be back!!!

Day and night difference between last year and this year. I recently stayed at this property and I was shocked to see all rooms, lobby area, and all common area has been renovated. Very helpful staff and nice room and room rate was very reasonable. I will be definitely stay at this hotel again.

Probably the best budget hotel I've ever stayed at. The rooms are modern and you can just about eat off the floor. The staff took care of me all week. My only complaint is the road noise but not much you can about that.

Great spot, safe enough, quiet enough, good rates. I will be back.

This hotel is truly a gem. It's completely renovated and looks absolutely amazing on the inside. The staff is extremely friendly, Nipa Patel was a big help.

Quiet & clean & convenient .. this is where I always stay when I'm in Ft Smith

Very nice rooms. Be careful walking in the parking lot found two needles when taken my dog for a walk.

Nice clean hotel. Traffic is a little loud but it's a very convenient location.
