Best Pharmacy in town. Helpful and always patient, knowledgeable. Remembers allergies and double checks. Delivery is so helpful when you are to sick to pickup yourself. A True Family business in the way they make you feel cared for as family. Had to go to another pharmacy for one month it was the hardest month ever 😬when I could go back I felt as if I came home to family. I wish more people knew about them because in a town like Fort Smith this business is the heart of why we love this town. It's small business like this that takes you back to a time where people really cared about each other as family.

I never had to stand in line. My meds are always ready when I pick them. The staff is Great, Very friendly and knowledgeable whenever I have a question. They go out of there way to provide with you great customer Service

But after months of staff being totally rude & wait longer there for 2 prescriptions& 45 minutes later really aggravated because there like a staff of 5 or 6 people . so I threw the towel in & I love Vaughan very curtious& spend less than 5 minutes y'all are the best!

Needles are cheap and single sharp is available for a dollar piece for when you don’t want to have to drive with a 10 pack. Screw Anderson’s or old national the discerning diabetic will always choose Vaughn’s
