This man has truly been a blessing in my life. I was bedbound before he helped me and I trust him with my life. He is a expert neurosurgeon and he truly cares about you as a person.

Saved my life. He and his team were able to take over my case after insurance refused to pay for surgery with a different neurosurgeon. They successfully worked to get my surgery approved and done! (Skull to C3 fusion). He and his team provide excellent care.

Really saved my life. He’s very busy but he’s dang good at treating Chiari Malformation. I am 8 years or so past the operation and am doing so much better. After the 2 year recovery it gets so much better!

Dr Cap has done 4 surgeries on me (3 lumbar and 1 cervical). He has a great bedside manner but above all else he actually does care about you as an individual. It is my belief he actually wants to make you better and will explore all options before putting you under the knife. His staff is amazing and you cannot ask for better more caring people. I cannot imagine putting my back, my brain ( I also have a Chiari Malformation), or my Neuro health in the hands of anyone else.

I recently had a double fusion done in my lower back with Dr. capocelli at Baptist Hospital and the surgery went flawlessly the recovery was great the doctor and his nurses were stellar. I would also like to say a special thanks to Abby Rainwater at ortho Arkansas she has been one of my follow up nurses and she is the best !!!!!!!

Dr. Capocelli...Is Not Only A Excellent Surgeon... He Is Also A Wonderful Human being. I Am Not Sure If My Daughter Would Be Alive Today...If Not For Dr. Capocelli...

Great dr. Always smiling talks fast and so sweet

I drove 6 total hours to see Dr. He then sent me for imaging which resulted in a total of 14 more hours of driving. I waited several months for my follow up appt, which resulted in a 3 min phone conv where he told me my flow was excellent and my on tonsil was herniated 1mm, contradicting the reports from my imaging which indicated 4mm right 2mm left and dorsal flow was not excellent. He was out of the office recovering from surgery while reviewing my case and I just feel he wasn’t giving his best attention towards me. He also indicated I have hyper mobility but did not send me to a specialist for that. Knowing I’m suffering (for many years) and me pleading for his help he sent me on my way. I can’t help but feel I was neglected due to his own personal issues. If he wasn’t ready to see patients he could have postponed my appt. That would have been better than 3 min phone call telling me I’m healthy when I’m completely disabled. Heart broken and extremely let down by the care he provided me. He came highly recommended and that was not my experience.
