McDonald's

While traveling, we stopped at this random McDonald's. You know what you are going to get, and we were hungry. It was attached to a gas station, and the first menu sign was in disrepair. So it looked like the experience was not going to be a good one. Surprise 😲, the cashier was super friendly and welcoming (not that standard responses, but human). We had to wait a little for the food and ALL of the food was fresh and HOT!!💥 WOW!! The food was delicious. Thanks for the happy stop!!

This location, like the one on the other side of town on 64HWY tends to get it right way more often than not. Both locations in Van Buren are better than just about all in Fort Smith. The only issue with this location is do to being on 59, it tends to be hard to get in and out of during peak traffic hours, and is more busy in general. This is not to the fault of the store itself, of course. As for the location, I would say food and service is up to McDonald's standards of operation. The view of the lake is nice as well. One of the only McDonald's left that has a play area for kids as well.

I will always give a 5 star rating when they have frozen item available, since McDonald's is known for their machines to be down lol!! The Frappuccino hit the spot too!

The food is always fast and fresh at this location.

They have the best fries that you have ever had.

The cold, limp fries were gently packed in a brown paper bag. The burgers were tasty and way warmer than the fries that were colder than my ex's heart. It seems that if there is more than 1 car in the drive thru the intelligence level declines and they turn the fryers off. If this had happened once it would be excusable, but nope! Every time I order a meal same thing. I thought burger king was bad. Oh! there are other issues but this was just today. They should just shutter the place.

We used the drive thru. We ordered breakfast, yum sausage biscuits, they were delicious, they were not to hard and not to soft. The girl that took our order was friendly, and courteous. We received our food fast, and it was hot and ready.

Manger said they did not get my order and my debit had been charged on the app and he said deal with it when i had called and he hung up on me . and when I went inside my order was cold and had been sitting on the counter . It was placed at 12:32 and I didn't get it till 12:50. After I spoke with him he said I'll make you a new one after I showed him confirmation and I stepped aside there was my order . This was at the McDonald's on Fayetteville rd . In van buren, arkansas

If you eat at mcdonald's you have to have the app I ate this morning for a $1.12 And they have food like that all day and you can order something 15 minutes later. You can use the app again yeah give me something else just a great place to eat

I always look forward to going to this McDonald’s because of how sweet and kind Jennifer in the drive thru is. She always has a good attitude and makes me feel welcome. No matter how busy or slow you can expect a kind voice to greet you and an even kinder face to put to it. Highly recommend coming here, when she’s working you can expect a good experience.

The service was real good and I'm glad I got to see my aunt who works there and also their food was wonderful and I love their apple pies they're warm when you get them
