AT&T Store

The guy that manages this store is an absolutely kind man. The employees he hires are young but they do really good with me. They have gone late past closing time before to get me in an emergency phone. I can’t recommend these guys enough.

We came in at 5:15 to get our phones upgraded and realized they closed at 6:00. We apologized for walking in last minute and the manager Stephen was still willing to help us out and allow us to do our upgrade process. He was very friendly and knowledgeable throughout our visit, he even stayed over after closing the store to make sure our information transferred to our new phones and make sure we didn’t have any issues. We are always satisfied at this location!

However, if these guys had better equipment they could serve their customers much quicker and easier.

Friendly people and great service! Was in and out in a timely manner and the sales staff were there to answer any questions. If you need a phone go see Bri for awesome customer service.

I can't say enough about how helpful Bree was in the purchase of a new Samsung s23 Plus. She was patient, knowledgeable and made the whole experience enjoyable! She deserves recognition for the job she does. That was my experience. Good job Bree!

Cooper was extremely helpful. He took care of our issue and had us going within 20 minutes. Great service.

Chad and Caleb were awesome customer service reps. We came in with several things that we needed and they helped us with all of it. Never got frustrated or acted like we were a burden. Super professional but also kind and caring. Very knowledgeable and great at putting things into words we can understand. We have been looking for a home store so that we always have the best service with people we know. Not looking anymore. We found it. And Chad and Caleb will be our go to guys. Thanks guys!!

My phone had stopped receiving texts, calls and I was unable to call out. William was able to find the problem and had me back in business in short order. He was pleasant, polite, and knowledgeable. Great job!

We came in to get a new phone to add to a plan. The new employee was helpful & friendly. While we were in there an older gentleman came in with a Facebook issue. The 2nd employee took his time, was friendly & properly helped the gentleman. The employee went out of his way to help him with a non AT&T issue, which he did not have to do & was courteous while doing it. That action alone earns him a 10/10 score.

I have a business and personal account with AT&T. I’ve been dreading going into a store to hopefully repair my cell. You know how long it usually takes. 😳🫠😑. I don’t remember the young lady who helped me but she was TERRIFIC. She was eager to help me and had me out of the store in 15 minutes with a new replacement phone arriving at my house tomorrow before the end of day. Wow! Thank you for your time and efforts getting through the process withOUT a long, agonizing wait!

It was a great experience! Kayla was extremely professional and very knowledgeable. She assisted my purchase of the new IPhone 12 Max Pro...transferred my data from old phone to new phone and even setup my Apple Watch! Anytime I have been in there - Kayla has been very helpful and pleasant!

Chad was a great customer service representative.! He helped us out with upgrading our phones and getting the service the way we wanted. He went above and beyond to make sure that the information was clear on billing and phone pricing. I have had a lot of issues with At&T before but this was the smoothest transitioning to have.

Charlotte/ CJ has a very bubbly personality and made you feel comfortable to be around and ask questions when needed.

Kayla made sure we were helped in a timely manner and super friendly and professional.

Came in to do an upgrade on our phones. Chad was very knowledgeable about the phones and helpful on getting us switched over. Kayla and CJ were a big help in making sure the cases we got to protect our new phone would be the right size and keep us from damaging them. I am super thankful for the outstanding customer service they offered to me and my daughter.

They even gave us cute bags that are reusable and eco friendly!
