Puritan Coffee & Beer

Really cool coffee shop! Love the ambiance, the space, and the fact they sell alcohol too! Or coffee too… regardless! Both are the move lol.

Parking is always a challenge. Room to sit inside isn’t, plenty of different spaces for everyone to chill and talk, and just grind on some work.

Great coffees. Came with some friends. Some of us got coffee and some local beer. Best of both worlds.

This is an amazing hip place in the downtown area. The atmosphere is so chilled, the coffee is good. There is a nice selection of beer on tap. I spent some time here alone chilling with my glass of iced mocha. The brownie is good. Coffee and brownie, everything is just perfect, moderately sweet. The place is great for chilling alone, working on laptop, hanging out with friends, or even for a casual date. Highly recommended if you are around.

Regular order was espresso, perfect every time and served with sparkling water. Busy some weeknights with events but open every night til 11, which I loved and appreciate. Staff is friendly and professional. I didn't have any food. I had the London Fog once, which was exactly as described by staff. Spacious, nice, high ceilings so noise isn't excessive but there's still pleasant din. Was in Fayetteville for five weeks and this was my regular coffee place. Wish there was a place like this near home.

Puritan is amazing! Great selection of coffee, beer and mixed drinks. This place was already great. But they have renovated and the place is now twice as big! And it looks better too. Just look at the pictures! Stop by when you can. This is also a place to sit and work/study.

Beautiful renovations-so well done! Floor to ceiling windows are refreshing and provide a beautiful view. Puritan is my by far the best coffee shop / cafe in Fayetteville. The food (especially the veggie breakfast burrito and the banana bread is SO delicious!). I was pleasantly surprised they started making their own food—a wonderful improvement. The trivia nights are a really fun atmosphere (but bring earplugs bc music is extremely loud).

Absolutely recommend this spot! The earlier you go, the better seating you can get. Pretty packed with college students throughout the day and can be hard to find a place to sit.

Critiques are: certainly need a nicer/newer/cleaner microwave and the ability to warm food for customer (instead of customer doing it themselves.) And offering some yummy speciality syrups like lavender, etc., that both Onyx/ Pink House Alchemy have locally. Offering croissants would be a huge plus.

What a fun coffee shop in downtown Fayetteville! The atmosphere is fantastic, great place to just chill whether you're working, doing homework or just there to play a board game with friends. They also have several beers and ciders on tap and serve wine!
The Sriracha hummus and Pretzels are SO good and so is the flavor of their coffee. We'll definitely go back to eat, drink and just hang out!

The turkey sammich was amazing. The dark beer was delicious. At first I thought it was a bit pricey but after I tasted the food I was cool with it. We rode our bikes from the Greenway. Sat outside under the shade tree.

Awesome coffee shop and bar right in the heart of downtown Fayetteville. The vibes are immaculate and the coffee drinks are delicious. If you are looking for a great place to grab a delicious coffee, puritan should be your first stop.

This is my favorite spot to go on Dickson Street. Friendly staff, great selection of craft beer, and lots of games to enjoy playing with my kiddos. I recommend trying out their house beers. They are easy drinkers and low ABV.

Puritan has added great FOOD to their already awesome coffee. I had the Veggie Breakfast Burrito with verde salsa and would highly recommend - it’s money.

Working from the patio this Fall has been amazing. Always appreciate the friendly service, as well.

One of my first stops in NWA! Coffee was spectacular and the vibe here is top notch. 10/10 recommend. I ordered a latte with white chocolate mocha and peppermint. Delicious!

I’ve been coming to Puritan every Sunday morning for well over a year now, and I find it a welcoming environment to hang out and enjoy good conversation over great coffee. The turkey sandwich is amazing, and they make a top notch hot mocha, but be sure to try the Chi Chi Rodríguez if you’re looking for something a little different.

I love Puritan! Everything from their coffee to chocolate milk! The trivia and bingo nights go so hard and are a blast! Don’t get my started on their bathrooms. You’re gonna come out with some of the best pictures of your life. Not even kidding. Some of my best portraits come from the Puritan bathroom. Some of my best memories at uark are doing homework on their deck. Live, laugh, Love Puritan!

Great hangout spot! This is a nice and cozy place to grab coffee, light food, and some alcoholic drinks - open late (11pm as of this writing). I personally don't know of anywhere else to get good coffee past sundown so it's a rare find in my eyes that I really appreciate.

Even cooler, it's on Dickson Street minus the...typical...Dickson Street vibe (a big plus for me). Awesome coffee, really nice ambiance, wonderful staff

This place is an awesome spot for an afternoon of reading or studying. Great beer selection, and the coffee is quality. Note that they turn off the internet in the early evening, so you are encouraged to enjoy your beverage and truly socialize.

Cutest coffee shop around Dickson! Enjoy the variety in drinks (both coffee and beer), the atmosphere, large space, and friendly staff. The upstairs seating was relaxing. Worth a stop!

I like the atmosphere of this coffee shop, wooden seats add a rustic feel. Plus a good taste of coffee depending on how strong you want it makes you feel awake. Baristas are also friendly and help you choose the coffee you like.

Puritan is an awesome coffee shop and bar, with excellent espresso and a great tap list. The staff are friendly and the atmosphere is very welcoming. This is the rare place that you can hang out at from dawn to dusk. This is legitimately one of the best bars in the US.

Puritan showcases some of the region's best brews, as well as quality coffee, tea, & local fresh pastries. It provides a modern industrial feel in a building which at least looks historic; giving the impression that it has always been here, as I hope it is for many years to come. One of my favorite places to gather with friends for a drink.
