This dealership is outstanding and easy to work with. I purchased a 2014 GMC Sierra Fully loaded. The owner went above and beyond to give me a great deal! I hate the bigger dealerships that over promise and under deliver. Just drive helped me out and I plan on purchasing my next vehicle here.

I bought my first vehicle from Just Drive Auto 4 years ago. Got a nice bmw 3 series for an outstanding price. Very clean and i've never had any issues with it since. Then my daughter needed a vehicle a year ago. I took her there and it seems like they've really upped their game and have some of the best, if not , the best imports inventory I've seen in the area. Really nice reliable vehicles. My daughter ended up getting a Jetta a great price I couldn't find anywhere else. And I just went back because i wanted update my vehicle and got a very nice BMW 5 series fully loaded and I couldn't be happier with my car and the price I got it for. If you're looking for luxury, go to this place first so you don't waste your time driving around town.

Purchased a car a few weeks ago. The owner was very patient and helpful. He helped me pick out a great car for me and my family. We drove to chicago a week after and the car ran like a champ!! overall i had a great experience at this dealership.. i would highly recommend to future used car buyers.

Great used cars and trucks but they're firm on their prices.

Purchased a nice looking car on a Wednesday evening. Friday morning the engine warning light came on. Took it in to have it diagnosed from a dealer and wound up with a $1100 service bill. Dealer said part of the issue should have been easily noticed. Called Just Drive and expressed my displeasure. Was told they do not check the cars out and well, "it was a used car, so what do you expect." So, if you are in the market for a used car, you might want to "just drive" right on by. This is my opinion. Maybe you will have better luck.

He doesn't do financing and doesn't like to trade.

Bought a 2013 Range Rover, looked and ran clean, but after two weeks the cab filled with water from a leak, the rear door switch quit working, the front end needed repaired so it could be aligned properly, and the valve cover gaskets needed replaced. All in about $5,000. Ben at Just Drive refused to do anything. We bought used and signed the “as is” document so I have no recourse other then to share my experience with others. Do your due diligence and check out your vehicles well before you commit.

The owner chuck sold us a car about 8 months ago pretending to be a private seller. He claimed there were no problems with the vehicle, but when we took it home we began to notice a strong smell of oil and the engine was overheating, the battery also discharges overnight and the car wont start. A couple days later the transmission went out as well. Battery and alternator have been replaced to no avail. We have taken the car to the shop where it has been sitting for the last 5 months without any progress. 0/10 VERY SHADY PEOPLE. DO NOT RECOMMEND

Nice but shady. Not educated in Arkansas Sales Tax law. I went out of my way making several trips back and forth to get cash. Their promise of no sales tax if we paid more cash. Just paid $390 to tag my truck.

They will ignore your emails, I suggest buying a luxury car else were like this one dealership in springdale on sunset is way better and much more affordable and reliable
