Mike helped me to get approved for financial assistance! I was able to get my tuition for nursing school paid in full and also .25 a gallon towards transportation costs. Very thankful for this opportunity! I was also offered help to find employment once I graduate if I need the assistance! A great place and all these low reviews are not deserved! Probably reviews from people who didn’t do the work to help themselves and are blaming Workforce. Highly recommend to anyone who is serious ab education or needing a job.

Courteous staff, concerned, very helpful for local job searches and resume building, offers WorkKeys Pre-testing, clean facilities, it's quiet, well managed, offers several areas of assistance.

Could have better customer service. Receptionist had no smile and seemed to not want to be there. Other than that she answered all my questions.

The staff is perfectly nice however they can’t actually help you with anything there. The only thing they have are computers to do the exact same thing you can do at home….they literally CANNOT help you!! Don’t waste your time going there unless you don’t have a computer

I am on my eighth week of claiming benefits and i have not recieved any of my weekly claims and am down to no money. i have called about a thousand times trying to get ahold of someone to help, but none of the phone numbers on the website have an option remotely close to talking to a human being. its been clear for eight weeks no that a robot cannot help me. i now dont even know what to do. thanks for nothing unemployment services!!!

This place is an absolute joke! Management has terrible leadership skills. It’s comical how truly awful everyone here is at their “job”

Department is filled with room temp IQs. How many times am I going to have to go up there because someone doesn’t know how to read ??

I can't reach anyone for the majority of my calls made. If I go in person, I am not greeted for a long while. No one looked me in my eyes when they assisted me. They gave no details to anything to help me understand any processes. I waited a month before my claim was processed. And again I was given no further instructions.
