Mr. Hopkins is an excellent attorney! He knows his job well and as a result we were well prepared and thorough in our documentation, and our case went smoothly. But more important than his knowledge and experience was his demeanor. I can best describe it as like calling up an old friend for a favor or asking your favorite neighbor to borrow a tool. We never once felt like strangers. At no point did we feel judged or criticized. It felt as if Mr. Hopkins had made his entire purpose in our lives his mission to help us to the very best of his ability.

There were many reasons we decided to file, including a brief period of homelessness, and we were already feeling so terribly down. We were wounded and struggling and Mr. Hopkins became sort of a symbolic point - the end of our old life and the start of another chance.
