What's Poppin'

I really love stopping by here whenever I'm in the Van Buren area! They have interesting popcorn flavors(I like Cherry Vanilla DR. Pepper) and the staff is great. They offer samples of all of their flavors so you can try before you buy! You can buy a tin or you can buy bags of popcorn. I think they make great gifts!

The woman who helped us was friendly. Another employee came from the back and was putting out Halloween treats to purchase. She started talking to my daughter and me about the flavors, the cups she was putting out. Very friendly atmosphere.

I went in here for the first time today with my mom and sister. The smell when you open the door is intoxicating and the lady that greets you at the counter is so sweet. We were able to try every flavor we wanted before buying. They also have saltwater taffy and cute gifts such as coffee mugs and bundles for birthdays. We will definitely be back.

My first time here and Wendy, you are a GEM for putting up with me and my indecisive antics! Not only are you patient and willing to go above and beyond, but your popcorn is delicious! I brought back to Virginia 5 different flavors: Sea Salt Caramel (5⭐), Cookies & Cream (5⭐), Cinnamon Roll (5⭐), Cheesecake (5⭐) and Lemon Zest (5⭐). While in the store, I was able to sample as many flavors as I wanted. I felt guilty, but they told me to stop feelings so bad about it because they love doing it! And Janet was just the sweetest thing to add to the mix. I honestly don’t have a favorite flavor because all of them were my favorite! We’ll see you both in June!

Fantastic! We originally tried What's Poppin Popcorn during a fundraiser when they partnered to help our daughters Elementary School, so bonus points for that. The variety of flavors and combinations is incredible and addictive. We went into the stores location in downtown Van Buren today. It was clean and welcoming with a nice selection of refillable and collectible tins, jars, and bags. I would say this is great for every season, including football season you sports fans! Can't decide a flavor? Try a sample! Customer service was friendly and my husband was quickly sold on a new flavor. My personal favorites so far are the Carmel (of course) and the Buffalo. We also purchased the Jalapeno Cheddar Cheesy Ranch! We love their refillable tins with handles & lids. The popcorn was fresh and filled to the brim. We had a great experience and this will definitely be a place that we will be returning to in the near future.

Today my 12 year old realized at 3:30 today that no one had shown up to pick her up from her normal pickup spot. This was because she had forgotten to inform us of her cancelled tryouts and forgotten her phone at home. She started to panic and was very scared when she walked into the Whats Poppin store. These ladies working there were so nice to my daughter. They gave her some popcorn and cold water while lettering her use the phone and wait inside in the a/c. I'm very thankful for these compassionate ladies. Once again Thank you so much for being so kind to my daughter.

The cheese popcorn is the best!!! All the popcorn is fresh and there are so many flavors to chose from. Also, they have the best cotton candy I have ever tasted. Everyone needs to try the grape cotton candy. It's super light and fluffy.

Friendly, good prices, quality individual service! We were given 5 samples to decide what we wanted. So many flavors to choose from. Their flavors are bright and mix well. Love this place and the people.

I tried Kettle Corn for the first time today. I was absolutely blown away. By far the best I have had. It was even better than the fresh kettle corn at festivals & at Silver Dollar City. The perfect mix of sweet & salty.

We love this place! Not your ordinary popcorn.... Sweet Heat and Banana Pudding are our favorites!! The cherry cotton candy is a must!
