They are the nicest people. We were going to a service in Springdale and had ordered flowers from them when my sister in law the mother of the deceased was unable to go. They canceled the order and gave us a refund so we could send flowers to her home. Thank you for being such an understanding and caring business!

I absolutely LOVE Springdale Flower Shop! I have had flowers delivered to me and i have had flowers delivered for me.... i have NEVER been disappointed. Every time i have called the store, anyone who answers the phone is always so friendly, fun, and very helpful!!!! Rusty (the owner) even donated a very important piece to a loved one's funeral that was amazing. I will never use anyone else!

Expensive but worth it!

I paid for a deluxe package, asked for 2 lilies and 2 tulips, ended up with 4 lilies and 5 tulips!! They definitely put in the amount you pay for, and don't skip out!
I booked from California for a friend here, and it was definitely worth paying the local store, rather than an online store!

LOVED THEM!!!! I did the florist recommendation and my sister woke up in her hospital room to these adorable things and she loved them so much! They were so pretty and got them to her WAY faster than I expected! For sure worth the price!

They were able to quickly help me find a beautiful single rose for my friends birthday. They brought out different colored roses for me to see what I wanted to pick. Highly recommend! My single rose wrapped in paper was $7.99

Love the person who answer the phone, really nice. I call from Texas to this place so they can make a flower arrangement for a friend and love how they did it.

This florist and employees are wonderful! Their love for their work certainly shines through. I placed an order over the phone for a friend there in AK. I am in NC. Gina accomplished my vision for the arrangement and the delivery person Lisa made 3 attempts to place the flowers in just the right spot at the address as no one was at home. Thank you! Selection of flowers and plants are abundant. Seasonal and fresh. Service is helpful and kind to your needs. I recommend this florist for all occasions. My father's funeral arrangements are stunning.

Springdale Flower Shop is great and I highly recommend them! I live out of town and needed same day delivery on balloons. The staff was very helpful and a beautiful set of balloons were delivered to my grandson for his birthday. I will always use the Springdale Flower Shop when I need balloons or flowers in the future!

I called literally 4 hours before a funeral visitation that I had just been made aware of and I was in panic mode to have something delivered by 5pm. I called Springdale Flower Shop and she said “no problem we’ll take care of you” and had a beautiful plant delivered with time to spare! I definitely will be a returning customer!!! I use Springdale Flower Shop for all my Flower needs In The Area. They go Above and Beyond an other Flower shop I have ever used. The shop has even called me personally to ask if it was OK to use another kind of flower as they were out of the other at this time. Very much Appreciated the thoughtfulness of calling! I ordered online for an arrangement to be sent to a friend in the hospital around 3:30pm, fully expecting it to not be delivered until the next morning. To my (and the recipient's) surprise, they arrived within just a couple of hours! It made her day and really cheered her up. Thanks for exceeding expectations and making my friend feel a little better even though I couldn't be there for her in person!

I own Springdale Flower Shop, first off let me say,, i can not get on the review site and dispute the bad reviews UNLESS i pay google $350!! some of these BAD reviews are very much blown out of proportion... Sometimes you can't please some people no matter how much you try, or what you do, some people eat the steak and then don't want to pay for it,, We try our best to resolve problems when we have them.. which is not very often,, but some of them are just plain unreasonable!!! If we mess up,, let us know BEFORE you enjoy the flowers for a week or BEFORE the service and we will gladly fix whatever you are not happy with!!! I am NOT refunding an entire funeral because the ribbons were the wrong colors. Which was not told to us,, two employees both said the same that were there.. I'm sorry of you are unhappy with something ,, we strive to please each and every customer that comes through our door or calls us. We have been here 50+ years and you don't stay around that long for NO reason! Everyone has a bad day once in a while,, we hope you have a great one! Thank you...

Great customer service over the phone I'm not sure who I talked to but they were very pleasant! I called in a same day delivery order and Mandy put together a beautiful bouquet for a surprise birthday order! She even sent me a picture before delivery. Definitely order from Springdale Flower Shop. You WONT be disappointed.

I normally do not write many reviews but I noticed some of these reviews seem very unbelievable. I am from Springdale this Flower Shop has endured many many others flower shops in this area by far. They provide top quality designs and I have always been happy with them. Rusty is extremely creative and capable of anything I could throw at him. I also receive flowers from this shop historically always amazing. This summer I was sent flowers with Russell Stovers candy , little to my knowledge their candy shipment had some melting issues they called me to correct this as soon as they realized they had melted chocolates on another order. I was unaware of this issue, anyone who owns a mistake and corrects it without me having to address an issue automatically earns my respect! I will continue to use this flower shop. I'm curious to the negative reviews do you have any knowledge on how to order flowers because honestly it sounds like you need to educate yourself on what you specifically want in an arrangement, potted plant etc these designers can not read your mind you must be able to communicate it correctly to get what you are expecting.

I just wanted to take the time and say, Thank you so much for amazing service and compassion especially during these hard times with Covid 19. My mother in law sons passed away and I wanted to cheer her up with some flowers...so I called and requested something for her. With it being New Year’s Eve I wasn’t aware they were closing earlier. I received a call and the lady was notifying me that they were fixing to close. I panicked and let her know I was so sorry and I would try to get someone to pick them up for me or figure something out. I reached out to my job I work for Mercy so with it being New Years and being off Friday, I wasn’t able to leave earlier. I called her back and let her know I wasn’t able to leave earlier due to work but asked if there was any way I could get the flowers. She asked me where I worked and I explained and she was so kind enough to agree to not only come and drop it off personally but didn’t allow me to pay with Venmo or cash app. She said to pass along with a good deed. Like wow that just made my entire day! Not only was the gesture so heartwarming the flowers were BEAUTIFUL!!!
