Regency Hospital - Springdale

Regency Hospital is a very good intermediate step between acute care (ICU) and being ready for a 3x a day physical rehabilitation hospital. The pace at Regency is slower compared to an ICU setting; but, that's the role of Regency - help the person move from an intense ICU setting to more moderate medical needs.

RHC has been professional in everything they do for the patient and family members such as myself. They showed kindness and care. Very informative. Showed lots of patience while answering all of my questions concerning my wife’s health, care and well being. Definitely would recommend or use Regency Hospital again.

The staff is absolutely amazing! I came in here basically unable to do anything on my own and left better than I was before I became sick! Everyone from Dr. Naeem to housekeeping and dietary have been wonderful! I recommend Regency after an illness when you need help!

The staff and overall environment is sanitary and friendly and, most importantly, have become my contemporary heroes. I was at a different hospital prior to my current stay here, at Regency Hospital in Springdale. When Regency took me in I was in bad shape and the other place scrubbed me to hide any traces of malpractice on their part. I was terrified because of this experience, plus I already suffer from PTSD. Regency staff took me in and they use scientifically proven methods to aid me in being successful in my physical recovery. I would strongly suggest Regency Hospital in Springdale to anyone seeking care from a facility. In only a short amount of time, I can feel results and with the staff always cheering me on, I know I will be leaving with not only my physical needs getting worked out but a positive frame of mind as well.

The few times in my life that I've had to be hospitalized were completely surpassed by my experience here. First, I guess let's start at the top:
The doctors here have shown nothing to me but honesty, kindness and compassion. They are by far the most accommodating and open to anything I'd like to know and ready to hear me and answer every single question that I have without treating me like I'm holding them up or wasting their time.
The CEO showed up at our medical meet and greet a couple of days after I got here,
And was exactly the same.
The exception to any of this has been with a couple of the staff and it can be chalked up to the simple fact that not all the human beings are going to gel and get along and that's everywhere you go.
Impeccable and outstanding, I would recommend this place for my immediate family.

The care we have received at this facility is beyond wonderful, every team member here has taken the utmost care of my wife and the progress she has made has given us a renewed hope for recovery, the Doctors, Nurses, Respiratory, CNA’s and the rest of the staff genuinely care for their patients and I couldn’t be more grateful, my family and I thank you all so very much.

This hospital has the kindest rehab therapists who work hard to help you reach your goals. Always motivating and encouraging you and navigating a plan for your success to be able to go home.

Excellent caring team to work with everyday. Numerous positive outcomes with our respiratory patients liberating from ventilator support.

Regency hospital springdale is a separate hospital on the 6th floor of the springdale hospital "tower 2". long term acute care. I spent about 5 week post cancer surgery. i had to learn to swallow all over again. the speech therapist was very professional, instructive, and compassionate. the entire staff is warm and welcoming. knowledgeable and professional. some other must mentions. Nickolas (CNA) is a teddy bear and go's above and beyond for the patient and the family. Tonya from PT is Very thorough and friendly. and Penny (overnight nurse) has the best bedside manner and will make you feel warm and safe. i wish i could go on. every one here is wonderful. If i have to go through it again. I will come here.

The absolute most amazing choice we made. On my father's behalf. The staff is by far over the top amazing. They got me my father back. I can not be more grateful to such a caring loving staff.

The medical staff and care givers go beyond what's required! We needed a critical care provider and Regency met our family's needs. We would definitely refer to them for any critical care for a loved one.

Les doy las gracias a todo el equipo de enfermeros por su dedicación a los pacientes su cordialidad y paciencia no es fácil, fue un placer y una bendición haber estado aquí porque mi esposo no llegó bien aquí, gracias a todos ustudes que estuvieron al cuidado de mi esposo el está bien no tuve que quedarme las noches por que confiaba que el estaba en un buen lugar sabía que la atención la tuvo siempre al doctor Nadeem por su dedicación y su preocupación y a todos en general que están al cargo de Regency no hay palabras para decirles que estamos bendecidos haber llegado aquí. Overall I couldn't really say to many bad things about my stay there. Overall the staff was attentive to taking care of me and my needs. The physical rehab tea6 and the wound care specialist. Were all simply amazing. As Were most of the nurses and the cna's.
