During this difficult time you need peace of mind knowing your loved one is being taken care of while final preparations are made. I want to thank Ian who worked so hard and diligently to make sure our requests no matter how silly were met. He communicated every step of the way and made sure we were comfortable and understood things while showing us compassion and understanding. My brother had a wonderful send off. As a family that attended from across the globe in person and on live stream, we felt we all got what we needed to start the closure process. We want to thank Ian & staff for the wonderful care they gave our mother. Our circumstance was more difficult as they had to bring our mother home from Arizona. They were very caring and professional. The funeral director Ian was exceptional as well as Tony Humphries who traveled to pick up our mother from Boise. Thanks again, Tina Roethler and Ronetta Prince.
