Everyone was very friendly and comforting. The quality of the place is great and the environment is great as well! Made me feel comfortable and confident in finding a resolution for my dental work then and in the future. Was provided with all the information needed and everyone was helpful explaining everything in detail to help me further understand thoroughly what I needed during my appointment and after for the future going forward with any future dental work I may need. I hadn't been to the dentist since 2011 and was a little anxious but was immediately relieved to find everything kosher as I've explained. Would highly recommend anyone to River Dental. Thanks for all the help and the opportunity to share my opinion!

Had such a great experience. It had been a long time since I went to a dentist and was a little nervous, all staff were super friendly and helped put me at ease. Everyone I talked with took the time to explain all procedures and reasoning for the treatment, not just push it on an unknowing person. I had complete control over what was done during the visit and didn’t feel pressured to make any decision I wasn’t prepared to make.

The hygienists, assistants, and dentists are all super personable and really enjoy their jobs, which made the visit much more pleasant as a patient.

This particular location is ran in such a professional, and compassionate manner. My dentist Dr. Nguyen and her assistant Heather are just incredible at their skills and gentle. From my cavities, crowns and implant they did such an awesome job !! Teeth cleaning was painless and such a great feeling when it’s done, and rescheduled another one !! 🤙🏻🤙🏻

They were very professional and caring. I was having an extraction and they were so kind and understanding and made sure I was numb before pulling. The dentist even helped me remember to breathe lol bc I was holding my breathe bc I was scared. 10 out of 10 would definitely recommend!

Absolute best dentist/orthodontist I’ve been to. Everyone who works there is extremely friendly. They went above and beyond to make sure my Invisalign treatment was perfect. Every cleaning I’ve gotten there has been a great experience. Can’t recommend them enough.

My wife is 53 years old and she came to your dentistry because she had toothache .that was the third time in her life to ever go to a dentist The other two times I had to drag her in myself but I got her to go on her own and when she called me and said that you were going to pull a tooth but she was going to try it on her own without me having to come down there I was amazed she told me that you guys made her feel comfortable enough to where she was going to try to let you pull the tooth without me having to be there. That night she told me you guys were so nice myself I was happy with the acceptance of my insurance and my out-of-pocket cost you will be the go to dentist for the both of us from now on.

I had cancer and the staff was so nice. I have a problem walking, they helped the even asked if I needed help. I will go there with all my dental.

The service at River Dental is top KNOTCH and everyone is so pleasant and willing to help you have the best experience! Abby is amazing and so professional! I wouldn’t trust anyone else for my dental cleaning! I make the trip from Fort Smith and I’m very, very pleased with all services there!

The staff was super friendly , and made me feel comfortable. I went in & was able to get my tooth pulled the same day. No hassle at all. I appreciate the Doctors and receptionists treating me kindly. I also appreciate them for helping me finally get this tooth taken care of. I went to other offices. But they didn’t do what River Dental did today. Keep up the good work ! <3

Dr. Nguyen done a great job on my filling and build up for crown. She is a very gentle. I just love here so much she joked back with me. Patricia her assistant was also very gentle and funny they both made me forget I was at a dentist

Very professional and no long waiting time. The dentist was so sweet and kind. Overall it was an excellent experience. Nobody hates to go to the dentist more than me but I would feel very good about returning there and intend to use them for my son.

This was a VERY GOOD Experience. Everyone was SOOO KIND & PROFESSIONAL. I am looking forward to seeing all of you again. I do admit I'm not a fan of chain dentists but this office changed my mind. Dr Rounds was so compassionate and intelligent and competent. I feel like I can trust him to give me a root canal which in itself sounds very scary. Even the receptionist was so friendly and didn't mind me plugging in my cell phone to charge it in the waiting room. Excellent experience! Also very clean, bright beautiful office .The gal giving Ng me X-rays was very nice I was in such pain and she was very understanding of that fact. Thank you so much for your professionalism and compassion!

They were very affordable, they gave me 2 prices as extractions are simple or “difficult”. Mine was difficult and my Doctor kept checking if I was in any pain. I do blame myself for not telling her but when she found out she was quick to help. I would recommend them to EVERYONE.

The staff is amazing, and Dr. Sherwood is the absolute best. I have been going to this office for about two years now, and they have helped me completely transform my teeth with aligners. Love them.

Every single person we came in contact with treated us as if we really mattered to them, especially Patricia and Dr. Nguyen. Victoria went the extra mile when it came to the financial end of the visit, which was a big deal for us. I will always recommend River Dental to all my family and friends. I'm so happy to have found them.

I have a lot of reservations about going to the dentist. This being my 2nd visit, I am impressed.
My hygienist, Chloe, was absolutely the most pleasant person. She was gentle and informative as she was working. I feel like she did a very good job. I will continue with River Dental til the end. I look forward to my next appointment.

I'm a first time customer at the dentist. Very friendly and efficient check in process. My experience with the hygienist was excellent. Probably the most gentle cleaning I've ever received. They are equipped with modern digital x-ray. I felt very safe in the environment, considering the Covid situation at this time. I will certainly return.

My second visit was just as good as my first. Friendly staff, staff was ready on time for the appointment....will be back in August.

And my third visit was also exceptional. They are consistent!
