I really appreciate their patience in working with my insurance company. Their crew knocked the job out in 3 days. And did quality work! Called Bailor with an unusual request, I was wanting the old wind turbines that are replaced when a new roof is completed. I explained that I cleaned them up and up-cycle them and sell them, and the money goes to a good cause. Bailor was very receptive to the idea, and he likes the sustainability feature as it keeps the turbines out of the landfills. Roofer do have to take extra steps to keep these from each work site, so very please Bailor is willing to work with me. Very good people to work with and great for the community. First Star Exteriors expanded our fence and built a railing to match our existing one. Any issues we ran into, they were professional and worked hard to fix as soon as possible. They did a great job with the work as well as communicating timing to make sure we had the right expectations.

I was impressed with how Jose Jimenez was very thorough in making sure of what was needed to roof my existing home. My first impression of him was he is thorough in explaining what needed to be done and why. He also was very patient and courteous when I asked questions to things I did not know. He came here multiple times throughout, beginning to end. The crew worked very hard to complete the job on one extremely Hot day. When finished I was very satisfied with a job well done! Jose is very professional and courteous I definitely recommend him and First Star Exteriors.

This company did an excellent job on our roof. They were professional and kind. One of the guys actually stopped and helped my mom carry a box into the house. Kindness goes a long way. Jose Jimenez came out the day after I called and gave me a quote. He was very professional and gave a very detailed account of what needed to be done. We had 4 roofs on our property that he replaced. His team was amazing and worked really hard. Jose worked with my insurance company and I never had to be involved. My husband is very ill and Jose was very kind and compassionate which meant the world to us. I can't say enough great things about him and First Star Exteriors. We contacted three well known and recommended roofing companies for estimates. All were similar but the big difference from the beginning was the representative for First Star - Kristin. She was very attentive, personable and professional - visited many times, answered many questions, came back and swept our yard for nails after the crew had also done the same, and went above and beyond for customer service. Truthfully, we had an excellent experience with all the personnel, but I would also mention Rugby, Juan, and Ben for exceptional service. We have had the new roof for a couple of months and could not be more pleased with the results. Our experience was Five Star for First Star Exteriors, highly recommend.

My wife and I are building our permanent home. We contracted with First Star Exterior to install the siding, soffit and facia, and gutters. All work was professionally done and in a timely manner.
