I recently purchased a new home from Baumann & Crosno Construction and could not be happier. The thoughtfulness of design and quality of construction was greater than other new build additions we saw. They responded promptly to questions and were very willing to make any changes or adjustments we asked for. We had a great experience and would highly recommend.

I absolutely love my new house! Baumann & Crosno has been so wonderful to work with, and they do a spectacular job. Their attention to detail is impressive, and they build a fabulous house. Their customer service is also superb!

B&C build amazing houses, uses the best building materials and finishes, provide updates regularly, it’s team is the best , listing agent Erin Hemme would answer any questions, the superintendent Joseph King is checking on every single new construction daily to make sure everything is going smoothly to close on time ! We've lived in our new home for about a month and have had no unpleasant surprises. We're very happy with our build and look forward to living here for years to come. Ricardo is the builder's rep that we are in contact with and he is incredibly efficient and timely. We've reached out to him with many questions since we moved in and and he always gets back to us very promptly to address anything we bring up. The communication is great and we feel very well taken care of.

B&C has been incredible to work with! They have built a beautiful and very well constructed home for us. Even the home inspector raved about how well built the house is. That gives me so much confidence in our new home. They are up to date in their designs and have some really awesome features in their homes. Would definitely use them again if we ever moved but we plan on staying here a very long time.

The house is a quality build and we were impressed by all the finishes. When l called the builder's line with questions, Amy was helpful in helping me get to answers to some questions l had, after we moved in. She was patient, engaging and helpful. The response time from the builders and engaging with some new neighbors in our new community has been great thus far. We love the house.

We bought a Baumann and Crosno new construction home and moved in a month ago. Michael Crosno did the walkthrough with us and he was very personable and informative. He has also been responsive since we moved in and very helpful in helping us get set up with the USPS and google maps, as we are the first residents in a new neighborhood. We love our house!
