Customer service at its finest. I’ve never met a more honest car dealer in 40 years of life. We purchased a truck from Vincent and immediately had some mechanical issues (within hours). Not only did Vincent drive 3 hours to come pick up our vehicle to have it checked out but he fixed the issues without charge. It’s hard to find people that truly stand by their word and care about their customers. We will be a customer for life, even with the 3 hour drive!

Robert Parker is a honest man. I have known him for over 40 years. If you have a dream car let him know and he will try his hardest to make sure you get the car of your dreams. He has always cared about his customers gone above and beyond. Thank you.

Good place to buy a used car

Robert Parker came into my work and treated me awfully. He didn't want to listen to a woman speak, he began speaking to me even though I was on the phone, he spoke over me when I tried to explain that what he wanted may not be possible according to my 6 years experience and what my GM told me were the date range limits for various parts. We are a VERY busy office that specializes in mobility equipment for people with accessibility needs. A Veteran that was in our lobby was so upset by how he treated me she Googled him so she could tell everyone she knows not to ever walk in his doors. He was unnecessarily aggressive and called me names. Shame on this man, then he called our corporate office to complain about me! Good thing we have him on camera and have eye witnesses :)

Seemed nice enough at first and told us their mechanic signed off on the car... "it's in great shape". However within a week after driving the car off the lot we began to have issues with the car... both small and large. After dropping $1,000 on repairs with more issues arising we took it back to Parker who agreed to fix it at no cost. Great... right?!? Well... that turned into 12 days of "the parts will be in tomorrow" ... no communication from anyone at Parker. We had to call them to get lied to over and over. When it was finally done, the owner of the business tells me "I am just as anxious to get rid of this car as you are to get it back. I have never had a customer call as much as you." Meaning I will be glad when I no longer have to deal with you! We have never had such horrible customer service from any place!!! I would never buy another vehicle from this place or ever take a car there for repairs!!!

I bought a jeep with the understanding that it was in good shape and worth the extremely inflated price tag now after only a few months I’ve replaced the head and clutch. These people are crooks and have left me with a financial burden I am seeking any legal help possible to get this resolved

Asking $350 for a 100000 miles Nissan Sentra based off some dents on the car. I don’t know why people buying low price used cars care about those nuances other than the performance and quality of the car. Gotta post it here to help people save some time looking for other places.
