I was in the emergency and had the best care I could imagine. Got transferred to northwest in Springdale and nothing compares to mercy. They were attentive gave me warm blankets every hour and I truly felt cared for!

Very kind and pleasant people - from the front desk, to the nurse, to the doctor, this team treated me greatly and I appreciate them taking care of me.

I have never needed an emergency room visit but I have been here for several appts. All the staff and doctors have been wonderful.

This is by far the kindest,knowledgeable,&quick ER in NWA. I've never spent more than 1hour from start to finish and thats with myself and my son being seen!!! The staff is kind,patient,&the wait...well THERES NOT ONE!!!! and if you do happen to sit before they call you,you won't be for long!!! I can't say enough wonderful things...clean,kind,knowledgeable,&did I mention how QUICKLY they care for you or your loved one!!!! Thank you all for making our ER visits more tolerable and less anxious by not keeping us waiting and always moving and working to show us you care!!
