Although problems just kept cropping up in the sale of our house (none caused by Ryan), he just kept kept to the course, solving the problems and always keeping me informed. We moved from out-of-town and our timeline was compressed. We knew our general area of interest in Fayetteville, and Ryan was able to take it from there. He previewed houses, provided photos and videos, and even tracked down builders to ask specific questions on certain homes. We only had time for one trip to see houses in-person, and Ryan had scheduled the showings in advance covering both different neighborhoods and different price ranges. Once we selected a home, Ryan was available day and night to assist in negotiations, inspections, repairs, utilities, moving companies and school registration.
