Customer service, phenomenal! They don’t cut corners, they actually care. In today’s world it’s so refreshing getting good quality service like the two times i have been. You leave with a peace of mind that if something happens to your tires or what ever they touched your in good hands. This is my go to place for sure.

They have always taken care of my needs . Today was 2 trailer tires had them in stock. They were ready in 1 hr. Priced fair. Just a noether great experience at plaza tire. Have and will ALWAYS recommend this store. Thank you Carl Spies loyal customer

From “Hello” to the quote Josh was honest and upfront. I had done my own research and wanted a high end tire brand that Plaza doesn’t carry but could get from their distributor.
He matched the price as close as he could and provided me a written estimate. He then recommended another brand that Plaza carries in stock and provided another written estimate for my own comparison.

I wanted to do business with Josh and Plaza but the competition had quoted me a much lower price per tire over the phone. So I did go into that store and by the time they added all of the hidden costs they were only $100 cheaper than Plaza. But I decided not to do business with them because looking at their operation, staff and how they let the phones ring without answering them, all made me uncomfortable.
I immediately called Josh up to do business, I offered a credit card to order the tires. He said, “ not necessary I’ll take your word and call you when we have the tires here.”
The call came the next morning and I immediately proceeded over with a tray of donuts for the staff.
The shop was welcoming and they got to my vehicle right away, changing all four tires.
Once done the Manager explained the details of the service plan and showed me a list of Plaza Tires in the State. He then cheerfully thanked me for the donuts and I was on my way.
I’m completely satisfied and will recommend Plaza Tire to friends and family.

Excellent service at the Kirkwood location. Clean, comfortable customer waiting area. The advisor explained everything clearly and was incredibly polite. Extremely pleasant experience getting an oil change and emissions inspection. Definitely will be back.

I came in for a tire patch and Doug was super helpful and attentive. The technician ended up puncturing my tire and I needed to get a new one and they had one there within the hour. Very, very happy with the service.

My husband and I really feel their customer service is top notch. They always answer their phones and are right on price. They will discuss issues where you can easily understand and their timing is very good. We will continue using their services as we needed and overall great experience every time!

Had a flat tire and dropped off my car during a snow storm. My service attendant found a nail in my tire and put a patch on in 30min. Honestly, they could charge me for a brand new tire and I wouldn’t have a chance to bargain because of the weather. 5 stars for the friendly folks and exceptional value.

Took my RV into Plaza Tires and got two great tires at a fantastic price and installed super fast. I was so impressed I went back a week later and got four new tires on my wife’s 2015 Subaru Outback. Great again! So this week I took the RV back for Missouri Safety Inspection. GREAT … GREAT … GREAT!

This location has helped me out on a number of occasions. I've brought a few different types of vehicles here, from Audis to diesel trucks. Their labor costs are quite fair, especially considering the quality of care they give. The service I've received here has always been stellar. I can't recommend these guys enough. Bring your vehicle here. You won't be disappointed!

My windshield wiper had popped off. Turned out it was broken. The technician did a great job. I've also purchased tires from them. They're like my neighbor station. Friendly and helpful!

Definitely can't beat the price on the tires but what stood out about this visit was I had a screw in my tire was calling to see if I needed an appointment and mentioned I work right up the road from them and they offered to come get my car fix it and bring it back which was totally awesome otherwise after I got off work when I'm just wanting to go home I would have still needed to go there I really appreciated the extra step they took for good customer service thanks guys

This is for the Kirkwood store location ONLY!! I just purchased 3rd set of tires from them but was going to go to dealership until the Kirkwood store took care of me. I had a slow leak in right rear tire which got worse fast from losing 5 pounds of air a day to 20lbs
Went to store in O’Fallon on Hwy k they told me 2 weeks before they could get me in to fix it, even though the tires were bought at Kirkwood location, went to North O’Fallon store, they said out of patches should get them in in 2-3 days? So last resort called the Kirkwood store he said come right in I explained I was still in O’Fallon were I work he sad that was fine just come in and I will take care of you. He fixed it no charge sent me on my way, but said the tires probably needed replaced again. I debated since the other store especially Hwy k location was sooooo rude and not friendly, but the gentleman at the Kirkwood location apologized for them several times and was so friendly and helpful, I let him sell me yet another set of tires.
Friendly and good service goes a long way just wish there other locations would learn from them!!

I had a nail in my tire so I gave Plaza a call and they told me to come in and they’d have me in as soon as the current car was finished. Quick, friendly, let me know it was covered by warranty and had me out before my lunch break was over. Josh and the guys are great! My go to in the area when I need great service.

No one is ever prepared for a flat. I was so worried I was going to be late for work but they were able to get the tire changed so fast not only was I on time, but I made it before my co worker. It’s true what they say about being “the quick change artist”. I’ll be going there for all my tire needs!

The folks at the Kirkwood Plaza Tire are very professional and helpful. Their communication is outstanding as well. Josh, Keith and Dave were all very helpful.

Service was great, people were cordial and answered all questions. Coffee was fresh and hot. Good experience overall. Only issue, they made an error entering my address on the state inspection form.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming me as a new customer. I was very pleased with the service provided and communication throughout the appointment.

The staff at this particular location, since day one for me has been friendly, courteous and professional. Last year I bought a new set of tires for my truck here and Ive been extremely happy with that purchase.
So much so that i now return here for the routine maintenance on my truck. Such as oil changes, tire rotation etc. Which is why i was there yesterday. Great staff, highly recommended!

I was referred to Plaza for a puncture repair and they also helped with re-balancing, rotation and pressure sensor/tpms replacement on our Sequoia running 275 michelin tires. I have been miserable with a vibration the installing shop could not correct in 2 attempts. (combs tire). Plaza made time for us and got the wheel balance blue-printed perfectly. I could not be happier with our experience and the precision workmanship. Much appreciated+!

From out of town stopped by because one of my TPMS sensors stopped working. To get me back on the road I explained my situation to Josh. Josh said I think we can help they took my keys and in less than 45 minutes I was back on the road without any worries. If your in the STL area don’t take it to the dealer take it to these fine gentleman. They will get you taken care of and it was cheaper than going to a dealer.
