Terry Mason is the best! What a great barber shop for men and boys of all ages! Plus, you get to watch Western shows while you wait!! Lol

Great and surprisingly inexpensive place to get a quality haircut in a clean establishment operated with pride by the owner . A fixture of downtown Springdale for many years now . The owner is also very involved in the making a positive contribution to the community .

Highly recommend this barbershop! They did a great job on my dad’s hair! And he’s a tough cookie to please!

Good barber and good conversationalist. Been to too many barbers where dead silence rules. Terry can fill that void. Good guy too.

I wasn’t planning on getting a haircut that day, but found myself with a hour of free time...
I went to my mapping app and looked up barber, several options came up and I started reading reviews.... masons old time barber shop had great reviews and was nearby..... I called to see if they were open and sure enough he was... when I arrived he was cutting a gentleman’s hair, but welcomed me and I was integrated into their conversation as if I was a regular among friends. As I watched the haircut in progress I was very impressed with the skill and casual precision of his work.
When I was in the chair, we quickly agreed on the work to be done on my own overgrown mop of hair and he went to work.
We chatted about several topics, and while I only spent around 30 minutes in his shop total, I am definitely a permanent customer from now on. Planning on taking my 5 year old very soon!
He works on a cash basis as he is not set up for electronic payments but will accept local checks. My great cut cost $12 and is worth a $20 all day.

Terry is fantastic. I popped in without an appointment and got a haircut as well as the best beard trim I've ever had. He was very quick and his rates cannot be beat. Give him a try!

Needed a quick trim today and I am fairly new to the area. Terry had me in and out within 20 minutes with no appointment. He cleaned up my beard, and cut my hair the old fashioned way. Half the cost of others in the area with Twix as much in return! Will continue going back.

He is always so good with my boys. He understands their callicks and give them a really nice cut everytime. He is the only barber my boys will use!

I recently went to get a haircut by the gentleman in glasses. He was able to clean me up very crisp. I appreciate his work, and hopefully more to come.

What I can Say is the Name of this Shop Says it All. It's Definitely what I remember as a Kid. He will always engage in conversation & Will Make You Feel at Home. If Your a Golfer he will Tell You Stories about his Golfing Game & ask about your Stories as well.. He is Not All about the Money. He will spend as Much Time with You if Your the Only One there or there is 5 people waiting. If You Haven't been there. Your Missing Out..☮

Always enjoy going in here - I should go more often than I should, but because I don't, I wind up looking like the Madman of Borneo (!), and I find it necessary make a visit to Mason's to make me look presentable to the human race again!!! He fixes me up every time (and as an added bonus, I lose about four pounds every visit!). Definitely worth seeking out this little hidden gem in downtown Springdale.

After finishing my service with the military I scoured the entire NWA area and he is the only true barber that I trust to cut my hair...prices are spot on with a cut that shows skill and quality. Exactly what i was looking for...I will not use another barber shop besides this one..

Best rates...beat service......a real true old fashion men's barbershop. Freaking love this place. So old school he was watching a black and white western. Solid 5 out of 5 for me.
