Shoe Dept. Encore

I bought my son's first pair of shoes here 16 years ago. Today I bought my grandson's first pair of shoes here. A big thanks to Mindy, the manager! They measured his feet and were a huge help. They have a great selection, convenient parking and great hours.

Great deals going on and the store was extremely clean and organized. The shelves very stocked completely and there was associates asking if we needed assistance. My wife found some flip flops that she was unable to get anywhere else.

Have been here multiple times. Usually always find what I'm looking for at a good price. Something is always on sale so check in frequently! Always had good experiences w/with the staff also.

Found exactly what we was looking for. They are having a great Sale atm. They also now have a loyalty program. Totally excited the hubby found 2 pairs of shoes for him.

Great if you don't like going to Payless. I needed run shoes on the fly. This place has an assorted selection of shoe styles/functions, but they had a substantial variety of both Nike and New Balance. It's a good place if you know what you're looking for. Also, like Payless, is the kind of chain that keeps its inventory on the shelves, so you really shouldn't expect the staff to wait on you hand and foot. These aren't high paid positions. You want special service, go to a specialty store. They did check on me, which I appreciated.

Me and wife went there on Sept 9 2019 around 4pm and there was this worker there her name is April she was really nice we went there to get the wife a pair of shoes for work but we ended up buying me and the wife a pair of shoes and also got some insoles for my shoes and if anyone needs shoes please go there and ask for April she knows everything about shoes and before went there we went to shoe store there shoes looked cheap made there price was way to high so we went to shoe Dept encore in searcy and they have great prices on there shoes so we tell our family and friends to go there to get shoes and tell them ask for April .

They have a great variety of shoes.
Went somewhere else first. Liked what I got, but if I would have come here first would have gotten something else.

Went to hibbits first for nikes and they were way to expensive went to shoe department and found the same shoes for much better price! Ended up getting 2 pair and love them!

Just did a walk through and I was impressed with the stock as well as the prices, a for sure spot to pickup some new treads.

Great selection and friendly staff. I would recommend this department store for your next shoe purchase.
