He and his team were very professional, responsive, knowledgeable, trustworthy, friendly, and easy to work. And when we finally found the right one, he and his team stayed on top of every detail as we worked through the negotiation, inspection and closing process. In a nutshell, Jacob and his team went above and beyond to make sure we got the right house at the right price and were happy with our purchase - all while makings us feel more like good friends than just clients.

I am so happy Blair contacted me (out of the blue) regarding selling my house. I had my property on the market previously. The 90 day contract time frame had ran out. At that time I wasn’t t sure if I wanted to re-list my place. That is when the Taylor team stepped in and assured me they could sell my house. It sold the very first week for full asking price. I am behind the Taylor Team all the way. I couldn’t believe how quickly my house sold. It was completely painless!

Jenny from their office was assigned to coordinate the closing. She stayed beside me every step of the way. I LOVE her upbeat personality! Her customer service is impeccable! She answered any questions and took all the stress out of the closing. She was beside me through every last piece of paper and every last signature to ensure all went as contracted. All I can say is “AMAZING “ you just find that kind of service any more.

I can’t say this enough... the Taylor Team is hands down the BEST realtor team in Northwest Arkansas!! We owe everything to them... when we found them we had another realtor who did not have our best interest in mind. She put us in a horrible situation, one that caused us to lose thousands of dollars. They pushed us along and then did not stand up for us when worst came to worst. My friend recommended Drew and he stepped in and fought for us, even before we signed on with them. He stood behind us and helped us every step. It only made sense to hire them as our realtors, as we were impressed with their service when we weren’t even their clients. I am so happy with our decision. Their whole team is amazing. Monica showed us homes and actually gave us recommendations and helped us along. She was so friendly and sweet with our daughter... a real gem! Then we started working with Katie and she has become a very special person to us. Katie worked non stop to help us close the deal on our home. She fought for us and never left us hanging. We had a few snags but Katie handled it with grace and made everything work out. Tracy was the best realtor I’ve ever worked with! She not only had me my dream home picked out for me, she made the process feel effortless! Any question I had she was super quick with a response and a solution if there was a problem. She worked with my lender to make sure there were no issues at closing. She even offered to help me move!!!!All in all, this was the most pleasant experience I could’ve asked for.

As someone who knew nothing about house shopping, buying, and owning, I couldn’t have been more vulnerable coming to the Taylor Team, and they treated me better than I could’ve hoped for. Everything was explained. I was encouraged to ask questions. They got to know my fiancé and I to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. Let me tell you, they’re the reason we got a great deal on a beautiful house and that we aren’t stuck with one of the many bad deals that were out there. We barely had to lift a finger to make it happen. Every dollar they get in the process is beyond earned, so don’t feel guilty paying them to make sure this huge purchase is the right one. It’s more than worth it.
